Default What comics are you reading?

I know most of us here are comic book readers, or we used to be. I still am, but not as much as before. What comics are you guys still reading, and if you've quit, why? I know I mostly quit (mostly) because I couldn't afford them anymore and I had school

I've read the Ultimates (TPs) but haven't really gotten into the other Ultimates line. Then again I've been out of comics for a while.

BTW for those reading the Ultimates -- have they revealed who the traitor is yet???

Not reading comics; but some coworkers are addicted to them; I obviously had to flip through the page of the "historic" Civil War one

I'm betting it's either Iron Man or Black Widow. The fact that that they hide the "gender" of the traitor by having him/her wear gloves, etc when we see him/her makes me think it's a girl.

Yep, it was Black Widow, as most people suspected.

Graphic Novels

Frank Miller's Batman: The Dark Knight Returns
Jeph Loeb's/Tim Sale's Batman: The Long Halloween
Alan Moore's Watchmen – Wow! Great read but dark.

Current Comics

Joss Whedon's/John Cassaday's Astonishing X-Men – action-packed!
Greg Weisman's Gargoyles comic which is based on the animated TV series. Gargoyles is being produced by SLG (Slave Labor Graphics) publishing.
Aron Coleite’s VICE. Published by Top Cow. Aron Coleite is one of the writers for “Heroes.”

I love how Aron Coleite writes the character of Beck. Mr. Coleite also shows his writing prowess when SWAT interviews 2 candidates for his team. However, I have noticed 2 discrepancies. In issue #3 the “possessed” have glowing eyes while in issue #2 one doesn’t. Another is only one Swat member dies in issue #2 when in issue #1 six appear within the destructive zone. Was he wearing a red shirt? I love the writing and how it is darker than Astonishing X-Men so I will continue to read it.

I haven't read anything new in a while, but the other day I broke out my collection and read a few mostly spiderman. I have a lot of others. I have some stuff from the 30's, 40's and 50's. I have thought about selling them, but seems like a lot of work.
