At 16 Nikki became pregnant with Claire's biological father Nathan......gave Claire up for adoption, thus Claire's expedition to NYC---how she finds out? Well, we'd be delving into spoilers at this point..........so, I'll mention that later and when I speculate some more. Claire's adoptive father worked with Mohinder's father when Mohinder was a child, they lost touch and a path of choices leds them to the events of today--Heroes' Today, that is.

Matt's sister also when she was 16 had a child that she gave up for adoption at the sametime (is not featured in main cast but might become main cast........or just a recurring role, at best *shrug* not mentioning any names or connections to other Heroes.......that would be more spoilers, to be speculated with warning later) with biological father Issac.

Nathan and Peter are brothers, obviously. Peter is connected to Issac through Issac's girlfriend whose also the daughter of one of Peter's terminally ill patients.

Nikki and D. L. Hawkins are the biological parents of Micah. Hiro's best friend is a regular customer of Nikki's, all the way across the world.

Thoughts? Ideas?

Most of them are.........some of them have already been clearly and defiantly been made to be known as factual. Like anything do with Nathan and Peter being brothers and afterwards are the laid out to be part of the overall storyline!! 8)
