Default Dennis Hammer and David Semel

David Semel
He directed the Pilot "Genesis" for Heroes and is an executive producer for the series.
TV rage David Semel

IMDb David Semel

He has served as executive producer for American Dreams, as well as co-executive producer for House, M.D. He has directed episodes of such TV shows as Boston Public, Roswell, Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dawson's Creek, Chicago Hope, Beverly Hills 90210, 7th Heaven, American Dreams, and House M.D. He has also directed movies such as Campfire Tales and Lone Star State of Mind. He is also in the Witness Protection program...

Dennis Hammer
He is an executive producer for Heroes
IMDb Dennis Hammer - He has worked as a co-executive producer for Crossing Jordan and as a producer for The David Cassidy story. In many various short-lived TV series he has served as some sort of producer, usually as a supervising producer. For the famous TV series The Love Boat, he occupied the Casting Director position. His movie credits include
The Lake, Family Album, and Fine Things. He too seems to be in the Witness Protection Program...

Other Links that are of interest but have little to do with above, I was scrounging around for above and stumbled upon these...

IGN Interview with Greg Grunberg dealing a lot about Heroes! There is a spoiler about one of the paintings in it that corroborates GargoyleWolfy's post.

futon critic - If you scroll down to Heroes, under the Development Stage it mentions that NBC has ordered it to series (13 episodes). I am assuming that they are going to gauge the ratings before ordering a full 22 episode season. In fact, by looking at all of the other previews, all of the other programs were ordered to series of 13 episodes as well.

PS - The Witness Protection Program comments were jokes referring to my inability to acquire any other valuable information on these people other than the above. There has to be more out there, I just couldn't find it!
