Background: Scott is the brother of a criminal who runs a large group of people with abilities. Scott is in his last year of school and at first thought it would be a bad year because he would be leaving all of his friends behind, but then something happened.

Scott has been wheelchair bound ever since he was young, a few weeks ago he was able to walk and then run. Eventually he was able to do everything he ever wanted to, and more. One day he cut himself and watched in amazement as his wound healed instantly. Soon after, his entire body changed, his chest became firmer, his muscles got bigger and his entire personality changed.

Scott thought that he was untouchable all because he could heal, but then he discovered something else.....

"Hi I'm new here, just wondering if I can have the ability to replicate others power by touch and keep them? Like Empathic Mimicry but a cross between that and the power that Peter Petrelli possess now. If not that's okay, can I possibly have more than one power? I am writing this in a hurry so let me know soon. Thanks."

No, you cannot have multiple powers. Please read through the rules and regulation before creating a character.

I can suggest a base ability like self sustenance and a similar ability that goes with that. Self Sustenance is the ability to pretty much never have to eat, drink, sleep, breathe, grow old, etc. That along with the ability to control your own metabolic rate to generate bioelectrical energy would be something cool.... >_> honestly I dont know if that will be allowed here or not though. They let you have 2 powers usually only if one is passive and it connects very closely with another. Read the rules friend, it will help you. But try out for a new guy without an ability if you want to jump right in. Get your feet wet, and then see what type of power you want your character to develop after he is already apart of the story. There is always the option of killing off or creating another character or even having your character's powers taken and new ones given. After all it is fiction. But I suggest a kid in a wheelchair's power and the fact hangs around bad guys would mean that he wants to be big and strong himself and perhaps noticed in some way, any way. So if you think of an ability that goes along with that, it'd be awesome. Usually the abilities go along with the character's personalities. Hiro wanted to have fun and be a hero, so he got space-time manipulation - great power/ great responsibility = hero. Peter wanted to help people, so he got to use their powers. Gabriel wanted to feel special and important so he developed the ability to draw power from pretty much anything, kind of like Power Residue or Residual Power usage I dont remember the term kiddo. Have fun, don't over think your character. And read the rules.
