I hope this character is good as ive read to rules and it seems to comply.

Ability/Power: Telepathic Linking

Short Bio:
Born in the UK, he was the first of his fairly poor family to get into University.
He is a workaholic, spending much time studying and not giving up until he completes a piece of work or knows the answer to a question.
All his life he was knocked back, finding it impossible to get anywhere until a stroke of luck sent him to a top University. Although even there he found things difficult, it was easier than it had ever been.

Life changed over the first year, more than he or anyone could ever expect it to. He didnt know it yet, but he had a great secret that would change his life forever. Whether it would be for good or evil will depend on the people he meets and how they influence his life.

He lived with he mother before he went away to Uni, his father he had never known as he disappeared when he was too young to remember.
Adam believes that one day he will meet him, and hopefully will find out why he left.

Linking

Linking, is the ability for the user to mentally create a link between himself and another subject(s), or the presence of an already-established link between the user and another subject(s). One with this ability could communicate with their party via mind or thoughts as though they were having a normal conversation and even read minds, but that is the limit of the ability as far as they cannot use any mind control powers, it is basically telepathic communcation with the option of just reading minds and also allows transfer of thoughts and images via the mind link.

Effects and uses(simplist and first to manifest first:

Link minds and have a conversation. (the first few weeks of power)( after a lot of practice the link can be forced)

Read minds without linking (could take monthes before this is possible, but takes more monthes of practice to master)

Project images of places youve seen into target's minds eye (this takes at lease a year of power use to have any control over it)

( could be a crime scene or face but doesnt obscure vision)
(This requires a link to the other persons mind and is easy to resist, so cant be used to create illusions, it shows the image in the reciever's minds eye) It basically needs their submission or permission to perform so cant be used offensivly

Telepathic scream (we are now talking 2 to 3 years of using a power before I can knock someone out with this effect)

(only slight offensive part, when a link is formed, if the user of this power sends hundreds of bombarding thoughts instead of talking it will make the target hear a loud defening screams in their head that stuns them or even makes them pass out from the stress. It dazzles the target but doesnt do any pysical damage. It basically makes it impossible for them to concentrate and could knock out weaker minded people)

The user of this power has some slight resistance to other mind type powers, and anyone with a mind based power would be more resistant to these powers.
It is all one power, but I didnt see why it wouldnt be possible to use it to these effects so added them in as a transfer of thoughts could be words or images.

I've noticed a trend here. You seem to really like giving your abilities fancy name even though they are really something that alraedy have a tag before. You really should use to original name. That way. you won't have to describe as much and we can easily understand the basis of the power upon reading the first word.

Optikinesis just sounds like a fancy name for Illusion to me. It's very hard to RP with since it is close to Reality Manipulation. It's probably an ok thing to do but personally, I wouldn't go with it if I was you. You'll have to get the MODs to decide on this one.

Mind's Eye/Scene Projection is ok. In fact, it's one of the more subtle ability so far.

Linking/Telepathic Communication = thumbs up. Simple, straight to the point. If I was a MOD, I won't have a problem with this one.
