Foreward So You Want to be Evil...
If you are reading this, you obviously are interested in walking the darker side of the pavement, and are presently looking at means to bring the world, or atleast your local classroom, to its knees in reverence of your supreme destructive power and dominating prowess.
Evil is an art, not some hodge-podge instinctual groping for power that is doomed to failure.
It takes planning and guile, requiring contingencies, sacrifice (of others, of course), and a sharp wit.
Mindless destruction can be entertaining, but to make great change you require FOCUS.
This guide is a means to assist you in finding such focus, and allow you to reach those heady heights of villainy that most can only dream.
Use this as a means to provide yyou with depth, vision, security, and entertainment, as global conquest can be a bore without sufficient mood breakers, and disemboweling handicapped children can prove most comical, when they are chased by rabid dogs in a large pit.
But that is for another chapter to cover.

Chapter I: Perception is Truth What is Evil?
The first thing you shoudl understand is that evil really is not clear cut.
The idea of things on the moral scale being bound to a black and white rule system is actually very hubris, as there are many situations in which 'evil' acts are completely justified.
For example, most would say that petty theft is a crime, but when a starving child steals food, many of those same people see it as almost a non-crime, as pity and soforth.
Also, killing another person is considered murder, but when they have commited a crime, or pose a threat, or even in war, it is considered legitimate.
So you must remember that circumstances can distort previously common perceptions of morality, and thus the nature of evil.
Also, many people believe in the moniker 'The End Justifies the Means'.
This is a vast perversion of the previous case, as it is simply a rationalization for evil, because in truth, the end never justifies the means. It has been a classic defense for a collection of monsters throughout history, and will likely continue to be such.
So that then brings us to the point, If evil is a subject of perception, are there really villains?
And the answer is yes.
A Villain is best described as a person/animal/or robot of some kind that through pursuit of some kind of goal causes undue loss to others, be it monetary, pain, emotional, or material.
Reguardless of why one chooses to do a series of deeds, the ensuing consequences are what actually defines the person's title of villain.
For instance:
A man goes to the store to buy cigarettes.
After lighting his newly aquired cancer sticks, he tosses the match into a storm drain, igniting a pocket of methane gas, causing a massive fireball to erupt, horribly burnign two nearby pedestrians, killing them quite painfully.
The man was not intending to harm anyone, yet his actions resulted in grave harm to others. The end result, he is seen as a villain and punished accordingly, should he be caught.
So, now that we have established that Villainy is subjective (based mostly on the perception of both society and victims in particular) we can move on to the next topic.
