So its about time we have another round of the roleplay awards, and maybe by doing so, it will motivate us to liven up the RPG a little bit because its been getting kind of dead, and I know a bunch of us miss the way it used to be. I'm thinking that they way it should work this time with nominations and stuff is the way we did the roleplayer awards through pms. As for the committee who decides on the nominees, its going to be myself, Spok and Esquin, as that was talked about a while ago. So go a head and start throwing categories out so we can add them to the list!!!!!!! We wants some creative newer ones as well as some of the classic ones that we've had before.
Woohoo!!!

There was Best Male/Female and Best Hero/Villain; you could do something like that or do Best Female Hero, Best Female Villain, Best Male Hero, and Best Male Villain, which would better ensure different characters win in each category and spread some love around and still be just 4 award categories.
I'd definitely cut out things like:
Most Active RPer
Best RPer Overall
and anything else that is RPer related, since we just had the RPer awards, so these ones should maybe be more about the characters or things supporting characters (like the Best Banner Designer)
I didn't really suggest anything innovative, although I guess I am suggesting a change in the male/female hero/villain stuff, just something to consider I guess. I'll post again if I think of anything creative like: Best Punching Bag Character
Yeah, thats a good idea Mikashi not to have any of the RPer categories in it.
It needs to be strickly about the rpg.
Plus.. I think that any character that one before should not be nominated, plus it needs to be relevent now.
Example: Jeremy and Kelly won best couple, therefore they should not be nominted, plus they havent really been together lately.
One magician demanded I show him an image of the love of his life. I rustled up a mirror.

Re: 3rd Edition Roleplay Awards!!!!!
I think that your character should be active since the last RP award. That has to be the rule. I think anyone can be up for nomination, even if the charrie has won something.
I agree with Dusky, as long as the character has been active since the last RPG awards seems good. Because honestly if there is no other character that really deserves say 'most comical'... someone shouldn't get it by default.
Random ideas:
-Most Immortal Character (like a character the always manages to survive the deadliest of situations)
-Most Unique Character
-Most Macho! Character (any male charrie that just seems to follow the stereo type of male bravado etc.)[could make a female version too 'girly?' idk...]
-Most manipulative
So then I was like "Avada Kedavra!" and he was like *dead*

Re: 3rd Edition Roleplay Awards!!!!!
Last RPG awards, as in the RPer awards... or the ancient awards from so long ago?
