Super-Human: Being able to fight Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee at the same time while handcuffed and/or blindfolded.
Maximum Human Potential: Being able to brawl with Chuck Norris or Bruce Lee, but not both.

For all intents and purposes it is the superhuman ability to do what ever you want and be in optimal physical condition. Ozymandias, the villain from the movie Watchmen, had something similar, but exceeding human potential. Essentially you would be twice as good as your average human. It's sort of a stunted concept of evolution compared with the broader Heroes version, but is certainly acceptable.

Imagine a guy that exercises everyday for four hours. Someone with this ability is essentially that guy's power and energy in a normal human body. He can't rip a parking meter out of the ground and use it as a beat-down hammer, move fast enough to appear as a blur of any kind, or be able to dodge bullets. However, he is one power-house I would not want to meet in a dark alley.

Short Bio-Danny was born in an army base during his fathers service in the Marine Corps. He grew up a millitary life learning duty and leadership. When he was 14 he became more of a punk, he drank with his buddys and did weed and tried to fit in with the crowd. He drank so much one time he went into coma and almost died. When he came out of it he became better but still acted like a badass kid who knew everything. That was until his 17th birthday when he was hit by a truck in his fathers current base. He was operated on but not much could be done to help him. He was dying before his father took a highly drastic measure. He gave him a dose of a drug his father hasd invented labeled "Super". It was designed to create soilders that were more advanced than normal ones. It worked and Danny made a full recovery. His father did his best to contain him but Danny wanted to see more than just the gloomy base. He fought his way out and what a fight it was. He easily defeated the normal soilders of which there were many. After fighting his way through Danny ran into the desert and went to a nearby town. He stayed there for a few months staying low and working under the table for money. He soon made enough money to get out of there so he hired a cab to the next town and flew out on the next flight to LA. Why there he went to college and studied Criminology and became a Criminoligist/Body-Guard. He now travels to many major cities and works for hire there. His power is dormant currently he has never had a call for it so he keeps it un-active although it has come out at times since he never really can keep it in check as it is part of him and instead studies Judo and Tai Kickboxing as well as Gun-Safety.

Personality-Danny is a good man with a good heart. He loves life and lives to the fullest. He has an evil side as he hates his power and has never really accpeted who he is.

No the power is fine I think. It's not superhuman anything, it's just peak human abilities. So he's as good as what a human can be in reflexes strength and speed. I like it.
