POWERS/ABILITIES: Teleport Swapping
Through an immense psychic feat, Tessa is able to physically switch her current position with that of another willing individual. She can also "dimension swap" other, small, unattended objects. Dimension swapping between her and another individual is more complicated than swapping two objects because people are comprised of both body and soul, which is why the target must let the transfer happen or else "accidents" occur. There is a sort of "swap call" that she sends to her intended target as a gentle tug at their mind. The intended target must be within reasonable range.

HISTORY: Originally from New York City, Tessa was born to loving parents, a trait that was passed down to her. As an only child, she was always seeking to be around other people her age. When she was older, she was the girl was who friends with everyone. It wasn't until high school that she found out she was different. She was on a school trip to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to see the Liberty Bell. Tessa had been getting bad migraines for weeks before the trip, but they were practically unbearable during the trip. While on one of the tours, she felt a strange tingling sensation in her head and suddenly, she was on the opposite side of the complex. It started happening more often, her body switching places with other people, always with the familiar tugging at her mind. Tessa didn't realize what was happening and thought it was just her mind playing tricks on her due to the headaches, but when she was back in New York, it started happening again. She had to learn how to control her abilities to keep from switching places with random people on the street. She tried hard not to tell anyone, but she met someone in Philadelphia who also had a special ability. It made her feel better knowing that she wasn't some kind of freak, even though meeting one other person in the world who could do something extradordinary didn't exactly mean that she wasn't a freak, but still. It gave her peace of mind. Tessa was there for the explosion at the center of New York where she met the people who would change her life forever, and who happened to be just as extraordinary as her. Since then, she has been part of the heroes, a strong urge to do something good with her powers the thing that drove her cause. Tessa has always believed that her powers were meant to change the world.

POWERS/ABILITIES: Power Negation/Amplification
Elizabeth can completely negate or amplify another individual's abilities. Her powers have a physical manifestation and will drain her energy if she uses them for long periods of time, so she is limited in that sense. Whenever she is amplifying someone else's powers, her body glows brightly and her hair will stand on end. This phenomenon only occurs when she is amplifying, not negating. Then, she shows no physical changes.
