Who's responsible?

Cuz.. I have a few ideas.
There should be a forum for advertising your RP, you know, so that people see there's RPers needed in some threads.
And there should be a special forum for asking questions.

There used to be a thread for what you're talking about too, but do as Zenia said. And that doesn't need to be a whole seperate forum. Maybe a thread.
