Name: Tiberius Dimitriovich Zhivahn 'Kevlar'

Short Bio:
The son of a second generation Russian immigrant, Tiberius lived a good life in Seattle. His family lived well, even for one supported by a cabbie's wages. After graduating high school, his father showed up late one night, with a two men Tiberius had never seen before.
His father had picked up some tails when returning home form work one night. They were local thugs, just trash trying to make a buck. They threw his father against the wall, knocking the old man out cold.
His mother began screaming as they forced their way into the living room.
Upon seeing Tiberius, one of the thugs panicked and fired his pistol, striking the boy square in the chest.
The world seemed to slow as everyone waited for him to fall...
Except he didn't.
The slug fell to the floor, mushroomed flat, as if it hit a steel plate.
His mother screamed again, as the thug emptied his handgun at Tiberius. But the results were the same. Nothing punched through.
The invader turned, starting to bolt out the door, his friend tried to follow, but Tiberius's father had woken and stood in the way with an old wooden bat.
Before the old amn could even swing, his face was blown off by a hidden gun the remaining assailant ahd carried with him.
The goon stepped over the old man's body and jogged out the door.

Tiberius acted on auto-pilot. He grabbeed his favorite leather jacket and charged after the two men, ending up in the rainy streets of Seattle.

Fruitless that night, he returned home, to a widowed mother, and no one to provide. He had to step forward and try to make things work.

He spent the next several years working any job he could land, he spent his days working to bring a check home, and his nights hunting the men the police couldn't find.
Finally after 3 years of hunting he found them, local meth users, living in a condemned house nearby.
Taking a 5 gallon tank of gas, and the same old wooden bat his father had, he went straight there.
The place was wretched, a meth lab and a halfway house. Full of drug addicts and hobos, it was filthy and disgusting. Tiberius didn't hesitate to spread the fuel all over the place. Not leaving a single drop in the can, he tossed it aside as he waded deeper within, looking for the two men he'd been hunting for years.
They were there, just as expected. Lounging in an empty apartment, counting their catch for the evening, a stockpile of odds and ends taken from another innocent home somewhere nearby.
It was a short and bloody mess. Tiberius was overcome with rage, a rage he never felt before. He had no control, and what scared him was he didn't care.
After nearly an hour of beating and torturing the two men, he left them there, barely alive. And as he walked out, he lit the building off.

He walked home, ignoring the screams of the people trapped inside. he was doing them a favor, and no pain he could inflict would ever match the pain he felt.

After that, he never went home again, he just started wandering, doing what he had to in order to get by, and it felt good, real good...

Name: Hisoka Yamazaki 'Ronin'

Short Bio:
Born the son of a noble Samurai, Hisoka was raised in the traditional manner, preparing him for a life in service of his family's Shogun lord. After many years of intense training to the single goal of mastering the art of Kendo (literally meaning 'Way of the Sword), Hisoka was finally riding into battle with his father and fellow warriors.
During a battle, while he was at the ripe age of 25, his lord was slain in an act of treachery by a weaker ally. The remaining Samurai fought to avenge their lord, crushed by the well planned ambush, most of the defeated warriors took their own lives, rather than bear the shame of failure. Hisoka was not so inclined to end his own life, and proceeded to live on as a Ronin. He spent the next 150 years serving as a mercinary Samurai, until the Emperor thrust Japan into the modern world, outlawing his way of life.
The introduction of firearms changed his life forever, and though he had aged little since the days of the sword, he decided to try and adapt to the times.
Living well, as a Yakuza enforcer, Hisoka climbed the ranks until he finally saw an opportunity to elevat his status further than before. The Emperor had his eye set on expanding Japanese power in a way never seen before, and with a war raging in Europe, it was the best time to start pressing for expansion. Without hesitation Hisoka became an officer in the Imperial Army of Japan, and was send to war against the United States.

His military career ended at the Battle of Manila, when his unit was crushed by the 1st Cavalry Division. Hisoka was captured and his sword, which he had carried since his days in the service of his Shogun lord was confiscated, and taken home by one of the Gaijin who shamed his people.

After his release from Ally imprisonment, he returned to Japan, returning to the Yakuza under the name 'Ronin'. He quickly and ruthlessly progressed though the organization until he gained control of several bosses, using them as puppets to front himself and avoid attention.
Finally, he returned to Manila, and build a palace there, within the city he sends orders to his subordinates in Japan using all manner of modern technology, thus preventing himself from being tracked by the Japanese police.

Name: Shaun Ian McIntyre 'Shadow'

Short Bio:
Growing up in Post WWII America had it's advantages, and as a child of the Greatest Generation, Shaun enjoyed many things his parents never had.
And when Uncle Sam asked for help against the rising communist threat, Shaun answered.
Years of training paid off as he landed a job in the defense of America ina way his father never did, Shaun was CIA and was proud of it.
He spent decade dodging GRU and KGB agents in more countries than most could remember.
But that was the funny thing, he could.
He was the best in his field becaue he could remember. He didn't need any notes, not books, or trail of papers. He kept it all in his head.
It wasn't just a good memory, it was Perfect.

Finally, he returned to America, ready to retire and enjoy the fruits of his labor. The bloodied hands of an agent.

His time home wasn't what he expected. And he was pissed about it.

America had become a cesspool. Gone were the ideals of Responsibility, Patriotism, and Pursuing Happiness. It had degraded to something terrible, it was a nation of spoiled brats, coveting their 'Rights' but unwilling to risk themselves for anything, Patriotism was a dirty word, one that meant you were a slave to an evil government run by dictators, and worst of all, you didn't pursue happiness, it was handed to you, for nothing, and if it wasn't you were being oppressed.
The country he loved was broken, and he was going to fix it, by any means nessessary.

Short Bio:
Little is known of Xipe Totec, as a founding member of The Conclaive, he was the only member to adopt his alias as his true name, discarding any past ties. Because of the nature of his ability, not even his peers know his age, race, or original appearance.
He has traveled much of the world, and was the first to begin recruiting. His motives are unclear, as he shows great benevolence one moment, and unimaginable cruelty the next.
His current whereabouts are unknown, though he is rumored to be traveling again, looking for more prospects.

Name: Henry Michael Parsons 'Faux'

Age: 48 (Jun 8, 1961)

Short Bio:
Born and raised in Harlem, Henry Parsons was the son of a plumber and a drunk housewife. Growing up on some of the worst streets in the country, Henry was in and out of jail, for all manner of petty crime.
Finally, after a gang fight, he seemed to come around. He had lost two close friends and had started working on getting out of the slums he called home.
Earning a scholarship, he managed to get two degrees in one in Accounting, the other in Psychology.
Though legit work was hardly his style. After a few years on the right side of the fence Henry decided he deserved more, so he returned to is gang roots. Though the style had changed since he was a kid, he was able to give the boys something they didn't have, direction.
He easily manipulated them, as most simply wanted someone to acknowledge them, make them feel accepted. He did that an more, he provided them with a vocation. Soon petty drug dealing and turning tricks became an industry. Alliances were formed and rivals crushed, until he controled most of the worst regions of New York City.
Posting his profits in a front organization, the charity group called 'Hands Across Harlem' he played the face of a philanthropist and savior of the urban warzone that was his childhood home.
During his rise, he noticed a sudden change. One day, he could make people see things. Soon the ability grew until he was able to convice people that reality was what he willed it to be. Only a handful posessed the will to realize his displays were mere illusion, but for the majority, it was enough. Soon he bought a penthouse in Brooklyn, overlooking the bridge and the rest of the city.
There he sat, a king in his kingdom, hungry for more...

The son of a Special Forces Command officer, Sebastian followed his father into the Army, though veered to a different path. Becoming the top man in his field (Biological Weapons Research and Defense) he was placed in charge of the last minute attempts by the US Government to stop the spread of the virus, which had yet to be officailly named.

Short Bio:
Operating as a wetworker for The Conclaive for over two decades, Alan became a close confidant of Shadow and was eventually rewarded with a position on the Council.
Presently meeting with Dorian in San Francisco to discuss specifics on another project, Jacobs is a terse man of few words, and is known for his total apathy for anything.
Operating on pure logic, the man is a ruthless and calculating assassin, willing to do whatever it takes to complete his objective.
With total mastery of his ability, he refuses to use any weapons, and instead keeps himself in peak condition, still a field man at heart, his operations in Texas are just another duty, which he is more than willing to step away from when something requiring his personal attention comes up.

Ability/Power:
Contact Alchemy - Can change the atomic properties of any object touched, shifting iron to gold, or crabon to lead. Can change any element into another element by breakind down and bonding air molecules to the object, thus not changing molecular mass, only atomic mass. Like a more versitle Touch of Midas.

Short Bio:
The youngest member of The Conclaive's Council, Archimedes is responsible for the management of DTI Seattle. A business whiz, completing her masters in Business Management only a year ago, she was always placed in advanced classes. Use to being the center of attention, she has developed an over-achiever complex, and struggles to outshine anyone and everyone, seeking the approval of her peers and superiors alike. She even wishes to be respected by her rivals and subordinates, though her primary goal is to prove to Boss that she is the best, and reap the rewards that the older, and more expirienced members of The Conclaive have already garnered.

Above using her ability for wealth, she relied on skill and wit to reach her position, and only uses her power when a situation calls for it, to complete tasks on time, or in emergencies.
Cocky and self-assured, she still is extremely personable, and well liked by most who meet her.
