Plant Manipulation: The ability to affect the genes of a plant. This can result in mutated growth and rapid growth rate. For example, a normal seed of a harmless flower can instantly be turned into a long thorn like vine which can be used as a whip. His core ability is only extented to the things he touch and he can't do anything at a range.

Plant Sight: A sub ability of Plant Manipulation. Able to 'see' and feel anything that plants within his range can. Tier have learnt to use this ability to a range of 1km. It is limited only to the sense that the plants are able to sense like touch and for plants that have been afected by Tier's power, the closest to sight would be heat sensing.

Heat Sensing: Another sub ability. Allows Tier to know the rough location of any strong heat signature. Plants hate fire.

Bio: Tier discovered his power when he was onnly 16. While gardening in his neighbours yard, he grew many flowers on a tree in under a second just by touching it. When he was 18, he was involved in a car accident which killed off his immediate family and he lost and arm in the process. During the aftermath, his ability was discovered by medical doctors when he made algae grow expodetially. When he found out they wanted to experiment on him, he ran for it. Tier has since gone into hiding and have taken up a part time job at a bar as a waiter. He is also looking for the driver who killed his family as he was told it was a hit and run. He is now left handed and uses an artificial right arm.

Chapter One: For April

While working at the Burning Spoks bar in San Francisco, Tier got an unexpected call from an old friend. David, whom he had not seen in months asked him to help get he and a girl named April out of a mess. He agreed, lending the pair his apartment for a night. April however got kidnapped by a group called 'The Organization' after an attempt at helping her realize her situation goes wrong and David and Tier heads out to look for their missing friend. Tier stops by an old aquantance's place, Jeremiah Thornbart whom he hopes will provide some information as to the whereabout of April Stevens.

Jeremy led David and Tier back to April's house in search of a spy device which is supposedly able to lead them to The Organization's whereabouts. However once there, they are confronted with a mysterious man by the name of Paul Dabrowski. April was returned to them by a mysterious group of people in a van. But the girl's memory had been erased.

After getting a angry reponse from from April, Tier put her into a semi-paralysed state with a plant while the girl was held down by Paul and David but Tier lost his artificial right arm in the process. He revealed the secret that his hand was a plant which can move just like any other hand using his own Plant Manipulation ability.

David, Tier and gang discussed their next action when April woke up again, this time, willing to hear out some the stories. Unable to cope, April used her powers on David and drained him into a near comatose state, forcing Tier to make April utilize the healing side of her powers on David. April and David had a little heart to heart and after a while, they found out that The Organization took away five years from Aprils memory, making her just a kid at mind again. This causes David to call in another 'friend', April's father who was actually alive to help out. Jeremy managed to crack the coordinates on the headpiece and traced it back to Crissy Field.

After reach there and searching an emptied out hangar, Teir and April returned with nothing but a phial marked Tabula Rasa. Tier and April then took a much needed break while David went out to find more about the organization they are now dealing with. He came back bearing little informatic news and they all went to bed

The coming morning during breakfast, Jeremy called in and linked Daedalus Technologies Incorporated, DTI, to the events transpiring. David got a call from his friend Kurtis, April's father and a conversation ensued on their following course of actions. After the discussion was over, April awaken and David broke the new to her that her father was alive. Not taking it too well, she ran off.

Kurtis then offered to come down which was agreed and after arriving, they went in search for the missing girl. When Kurtis arrived, Tier immediately got onto the man's case. His strange circumstances intriqued Tier but they had to find April first. The girl was found, unconsious after having a fall and Tier overused his powers to get to her which caused him to become slightly disoriented. Because of the condition the two meta was in, Kurtis carried April off instead and David and Tier went back alone.

On the way back, he asked his friend of Kurtis but was not given a proper reply. Back at the house, before Tier could question Kurtis any further, a man by the name of Shawn Hart, called. A friend and colleague of April, he stated that the girl desperately wanted to speak with David. After an initial reluctance, Tier folded and handed his friend the phone.

Not receiving any new information from the call, David went off to the hospital to visit the following morning, leaving Tier with a sleeping Kurtis.

Butterfly Sight: A very special ability where the user can see what will cause chain reactions which will lead up to either and magnificent or detructive end. Can also be described as a much more concentrated version of Accelerated Probability where only the best outcome can be calculated. Mike uses this to his advantage to create seemingly natural events or accident which results in mass murder and he also uses this ability to earn money for himself through gambling.

Chain Premonition: Sub ability of Butterfly Sight. Owen first used it during an adrenaline pumped situation where he witness the things a steel pipe been through which led up to a devastating 'accident'. To simply put it, this ability is the reverse of Clairsentience. Owen can now use this ability at will though concentration is needed. In cases of extreme conditions, it is possible for him to dwelve completely into Chain Premonition, turning his eyes milky white, he can access the same mental planes that Precogs can and will be able to see every move that will be made, might be made and haven't been made by things around the object he is connected to for the next few seconds. Coupled with Enhanced Instincts, this sends him into a state of near untouchable semiconsiousness.

Enhanced Instinct: Another sub ability that grants Owen a increase in natural instinct. It is a much tamer form of Intuitive aptitude where the owner is able to tell the best path or action to take to get to their goals. The ability is passive and cannot be controlled though it can be ignored with a strong enough will.

Chain Connection: The ability to mentally communicate with anyone who Owen has a connection to. During this process, both Owen and the receiver are brought to a mental plane that best show Owen's soul. While communicating, Owen and the receiver will both be in a trance like state and cannot be brought back out until Owen says so.

Bio: Enjoys seeing death and suffering and practically lives for it. When he first discovered his power, he caused a car crash which killed most of a family. Only a single child survived. He stood on the side of the street laughing at the tragedy and figured out what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. Car accidents are his forte as no one would ever suspect to look further than needed but Mike have also done things on a higher scale like building fire, sinking ships, succesful bank heist, bombs and many many more.

Chapter One: Conjunction

The Butterfly Effect. The theory that the single flap of a butterfly's wing may cause a twister in the exact same place in the future. It is a scientific theory where explanations are galor. But what about the defination of heroism? What draws the line between a deed of good and one of evil? Is there really any clear line between a hero and a villian or have the meaning of the two been faded away by time? From the beginning, there have been questions of what makes one a hero of good or evil. Eons have passed and humans have still not arrived at an answer.

After using Chain Premonition to start a reaction, Owen headed to New York in hopes to witness one of the best 'accident' he have ever ochestrated. Once there however, he got carried away, causing more destructions. The first resulted in his meeting with a Telepath, Adrian Jamison and another man, MJ. Unwilling to make himself suspiscious and wanting to learn more about Adrian which Owen's power warned him that the man is dangerous to his self being, brought Adrian to the hospital to treat his wound.

There, he met Detective Mitchel Kirk and Anya and found out MJ was hospitalysed. All three were showing signs of threats to his plans. One more man entered the story. Jacob Xanderson who had a slight memory loss and the as of yet undiscovered ability of phasing/body insertion. In an act of carelesness and desperation at the appearence of the three threats, he caused a gas leak which sends the hospital up in flames and went on his way with Reg and Adrian.

While sitting casually over coffee, as if oblivious to the fact of the days destruction, the trio got into a tense mind game and Owen's identity was nearly exposed. Unable to resist the lure of his ability, Owen caused another accident, killing off Anya and MJ while solidifying Mitch's resolution to bring Owen to justice. After saving the life of Will Bedding, he returns to Adrian and left, ditching Jacob at the site.

After getting rid of all distractions, Owen convinced Adrian to take him to his apartment. There, Owen tried to kill Adrian and was nearly succesful have Mitch not intevened, saving Adrian's life. Owen stole Mitch's cruiser with Will still in it and drove off and had his first call with the detective, sealing their mutual antagonism.

He managed to disable Mitch's cruiser and after a good night's rest, left Will in the trunk of a car and went on to the Brooklyn Bridge to enjoy his finale. Once there however, he was caught in a car accident and ended up saving Sandy Newmen whom Adrian had saved the day before.

With the prerequisite out of the way, he followed Jake as he fought Armand Hania. Realizing that Jake's power can stop the crash, he tried to finish the man but failed and Jake managed to phase the ship halfway through the bridge, minimizing the damage.

Scrambling out from the remains of the crash with the help of Sandy, he finally met Detective Mitch and was interupted by the men Seth Darko and George Davies. He convinced the detective to save Jake and while Seth and George were distracted, he picked up Sandy and made a beeline, leaving New York and headed to Houston, Texas with his unexpected companion.

Does a single act of kindness makes one a hero? Where is the point where you step off the thin line of grey between light and darkness? When the time comes, would you choose the side of good or evil or maybe decide to stand alone in the conjunction of both? The answer is different for everyone and a person will only know which side he'll stand on only when the cumulative moment arrive...because change in humans, are inevitable.

Chapter Two: Indecision

During his stay in Texas, Owen caught news of the death of Adrian Jamison and was framed for the murder. Wanting to find who was responsible, he heads back into New York with Sandy. After failing to discover any leads from Adrian's body, he incidentally came into the proximity of Mara the Ability Thieve and the Legendary Chriss Campbell. Following the two, he found himself watching a super powered fight beteen them and even though he wanted to intervene, he was held back by a tremendous sense of awe and fear, unaware that he and Sandy are the only one to witness this epic battle.

Unaware to him, a certain Detective Mitch who survived the Brooklyn Bridge attack was tapping into his subconsious and he sends a message to Owen, allerting him of the actions of The Conclaive, a group who's motives run deep within darkness. It was then that Owen tapped into a deeper part of his power and dragged himself and Mitch into one mental plane. Sandy arrived in an aura form and the conversation turned serious. Now, Owen has to choose his path.

Once there was four travellers that arrived at a fork in the road. The path on the left led to a snow-capped mountain while the one on the right requires the walker to tredge through a forest. One of the man took the mountain path, scaling the side, he reached a point where the cloud breaked. Not wearing any shades, he was instantly snowblinded. Unable to see, he got lost within the clouds and died, body frozen and eyes opened wide, gazing at an eternity of light. The second man decided to trek through the trees. When night fell, he saw nothing as the forest shadows enlarged. He continued walking though and fell into a dense swamp. The forest was large and no one could hear his scream. The place was dark and no one could find him within the shadows. His body was never recovered. The last two man received news of their companion's passing and vowed not to repeat the mistake. One of them decided to stay back, not daring to go further. He died fifty years later of old age, alone and full of regret. The fourth returned to the fork and stared at his choices. He took a step, then two and began to travel down his path...


Owen decided to help Mitch, knowing now that the detective can kill him in an instant and he did not want Sandy to go through losing anyone more. He made his way to DTI NY, meeting up with Will Beddings again on the way. He left the man and the girl in his car and infiltrated the facility. He ran to a snag with a locked door and with no where left to go, he dragged Mitch back into his head for a talk.

After Mitch directed Owen in the direction of a character named Lazarus, he immediately ran into said man. After a brief confrontation between Owen and Lazarus, an unspoken alliance was formed as Owen went in search of Amanda and Mitch. He first ran into a group of guards and just as he was planning a way to take them, Amanda the demzel comes into the picture as a hostage and Owen had no choice but to fight.

He managed to hold his own and took down most of the guards save for two who held him at death's gate point blank with a gun. Lazarus jumped in with a nice timing and saved the day. Owen went off for Mitch immediately after being warned of an impending explosion from gas leaks. He found the detective relatively quickly and met back up with Lazarus' and group.

They were directed to an escape path as Lazarus went off to battle. A Chain Premonition told Owen of Mitch's intention of dying in the complex and unwilling to let the man he worked so hard to save die (or so he says), Owen switched place with him, standing guard in a corridor awaiting an imminent defeat.

After beating a group of guards, the blast doors activated, trapping Owen inside the corridor. Unable to escape, he was left to face two meta agents. One, wielding electrical powers, caused the gas to explode. As Owen dies in the fire, happy that he finally gets to see Jessy again.

He took an untouched path between the mountain and the forest. When the light got too strong, he retreated into the dampness of the trees and when the darkness was too unwelcoming, he moved to the light of the skies. He made it to the end of the road, facing an utopia, a world where only those who walk the lines of gray can reach...

It was later revealed through a vision to Lazarus that Mike indeed did die in the fire but was revived by a wave of Sandy's newly discovered healing aura. During the period where he was dead an revived, he saw a vision of the future where the Conclaive has won. Metas were elevated above the average person and given priviledge, creating a caste system. An isolationist empire was formed and a war of global conquest would begin. Those who did not follow their ways or did not fit their image of a perfect world would be 'purged'.

From there on, Mike returned to Texas were he stayed in Jessy's house to tend to his wound while Sandy went to the Arizona dessert in an attempt to warn of the impending events with little success. Sandy continued to communicate with Mike through his Chain Connection ability. In a last ditch attempt to grow the awareness of the future, Mike, through Sandy, sends visions to Denzel of himself at full power and a vision to Lazarus detailing certain events in the Conclaive future.

With the objective completed, Mike picked up Sandy and they went on their way to their next destination.

Aura Emission: Sandy can emit waves of aura that can alter a person physical and mental state. Though at her age and due to the power's appearence being recent, she have not yet learn to control it. The type of aura emitted now depends on her emotions and focuses mainly on emotional changes. But at times where great concentration is present, she can specify an emotion aura to be emitted. This ability is also affected by the Ted Rule where it can only affect someone else but not her.

Emotion Aura: One of the type of aura emitted. This aura affects the emotion of a person and can change ones mood. Example, when Sandy gains mastery over this type of aura, she can make a person laugh or cry to death if she wants to. She can also make a person feel things like love and bravery.

Empathic Sense: A simple ability to know what people are feeling around her. Because of the simpleness of this ability, Sandy have already gain full control.

Aura Insertion: Sandy can focus her Emission ability to push her aura into the mind of an unconsious, asleep or trance induced person, allowing her to speak and move as a spiritual form within the mental plane of the person she inserted. Since it requires intense focus, any form of disturbance to the physical body may pull her out of the recipient's mind.

Bio: Her drunkard of a father left her at the age of 9, leaving behind her mother. Her mother had the ability of Empathic Sense, being able to tell the mood of others. This trait passed down to Sandy and she developed her own ability at 11. Their life have been passable until recently where a car crash took the life of her beloved mother while she was saved by a passerby. During her short one night stay at a children welfare place, she overheard her guardian talking on the phone with her father, the latter wanting her back. Still grieving over the lost of her mother and still holding onto a hatred for the man she calls dad, she packed her things (a stuff panda and one extra set of clothes) in a small schoolbag and left. Now she wanders the street of New York in search of people to call family.

Brooklyn Bridge Destruction

Chapter One: Bunch of Heroes

After being saved by the passerby (Adrian Jamison) and leaving the welfare home, Sandy traversed the streets of New York for the night and finally ended up at the Brooklyn Bridge at the day of the faithful crash which destroyed the land mark. Tired and mentally drained she crossed the street without looking and a car came racing towards her.

She was initally paralysed with fear until a mysterious man ran in and saved her. Unfortunately, she was hit unconsious and all she remembered seeing was the man's face. Waking up in an alley right beside the bridge, she witness the incident as the ship ram itself into the structure with her savior seen from afar to be still on it. She ran toward him, and got to him in time to help him up. Unknown to Sandy, her ability gave courage to the man which allowed him to survive.

After an intense showdown with more scary men, her savior picked her up in a piggy back and ran. They got a new car and headed out of town towards Houston, Texas. The man had explained to her that he was the one that caused all the 'accidents' in New York and asked if she still wanted to go with him. Without any doubt, Sandy agreed for she saw that within that hard outer cacoon of his, Mike Owen had the heart to be a beautiful butterfly.

Chapter Two: Lament of a Butterfly

While in Owen's safehouse in Texas, Sandy got a inkling of the death of Adrian Jamison, the man who saved her from the crash that took her mother's life. Her feelings was confirmed when a news reported his death. Seeking to find justice, he followed Owen who was seeking blood back to New York. After viewing Adrian's body but found no clue, the duo headed to a diner and there, her attention was caught by the silent Mara.

Owen was later drawn to the man and the two followed him stalking Chris Campbell into an alley and witnessed an epic battle. During the fight, they were interupted by a girl who identified herself as Clara. After her strange appearence and departure, Owen collasped to the ground. Sandy got worried and decided to try to insert her aura into the man. It worked and she appeared in a spiritual form within Owen's mind.

She saw Detective Mitchel Kirk, the same man whom she thought died on the Brooklyn Bridge. Mitch had a conversation with Owen about a group who was holding him and another woman captive. He required Owen's help to save them.

After an emotional and mental break through, Sandy finally started getting to the man. His brighter side was revealing itself. The pair picked up Will Bedding who had survived the Brooklyn Bridge and made their way to DTI NY. Owen left her outside for her safety and knowing her own burden in a situation like this, the girl stood outside waiting for Owen to return.

An hour passed, maybe two and the man did not return. And suddenly, an explosion shook the place and stabbed her heart as she felt Owen passed from the world. Still in the rain, Sandy stood in tears yet at the same time, a sense of pride overcame her for she knew Owen died to become soemthing more. A flash of lightning lid up the sky and girl dissapeared.

Chapter Three: Guardians of the Road

After the events of New York, sandy returned to Houston to live her life in peace. But after a press conference with Henry Michael Parsons 'Faux' was shown on television, she could no longer stand to be at the sidelines. She called up Marion Carl Ekhart 'Ax' , one of the current members of the Paladin, a group of people scattered across the globe with abilities, each assigned to a region to 'guard'. With her mother's death, Sandy was the official guardian of New York and to her, The Conclaive's action could no longer be ignored after the destruction of DTI NY. Together with Ax, they made their journey to the Arizona Dessert.



Arriving in The Lost Highway of Arizona, Sandy stumbled upon even more friendly faces. she meets the new Denzel Harper and Seth Darko who was travelling with the familiar Alexender 'Lazarus' Sherman and Pyre, two seniors in the group. She also meets with London Jamison who was sister to Adrian and after a short tussle between her and Lazarus, Sandy showed London Mara, the true killer of Adrian. After the day, she decided to hit the hay.

The next morning, she woke up and got an inkling to be alone. She hiked out towards the Blood Floor, shortly behind Lazarus, Denzel and Seth and witness the older man training the newcomers for battle. She has also began speaking to a strange mental voice. This is apparently the same person who has asked her to go back out to The Lost Highway.

That same night and the following morning, as a catalyst, she sends vision to both Denzel and Lazarus. The later, a scene showing Mike Owen to be alive. After the last vision, she left with Mike towards their next destination.

Weapon(s) of choice: Fists

Trait Absorbtion: The ability to absorb the physical trait of any object he touches. Example, if Denzel touches a piece of plastic, he can change his on physical form into plastic as well. He can only change as much volume of his body as there is material for him to absorb and thus, he needs a large ammount of material to be able to transform his entire body. Drawback is this absorbtion is temporary and will change back to his own skin after a period of time compared to that of the time he spend absorbing the trait. As the skill develops, Denzel will be able to hold onto a trait for longer periods of time. Currently, he can hold on to the trait for 5 second for every 1 second he is in contact with the source.

Speed Absorption: The faster he drain the source the more volume of himself he can change but the source will lose its trait faster and he can't hold onto his trait as long as before.

Wipeout: If Denzel fully absorbs an object that has a volume less then that of his own body, the object will lose all trace of the material's trait, making it useless, weak and brittle and the color will become pure white. But after Denzel looses his hold on the trait, the object will regain all of the trait that was absorbed by Denzel.

Trait Release: Able to take the pysical trait absorbed and release it into the surrounding air. Constantly doing so will cause the object to instantly Wipeout. The trait dispersed will slowly gather back into the source and the item drained will turn normal again.

Strength Adjustments: When Denzel Absorbs a trait, his muscle will automatically gain bits of the trait of whatever he absorbed. For example, if Denzel was to absorbed cotton, his muscles would weaken considerably, thus reducing his strength. But if he were to Absorb something like diamond, he would be reinforced with it and be able to execute feet of superhuman strength. Basically, anything stronger than Denzel's muscle would grant him an increase and vice-versa.

Bio: Born and raised in Philadelphia, Denzel's parents thaught him the value of simplicity and the joy it could bring. Being raised in a simple evironment where the only things in their home was what was needed and not those that are wanted, he grew to become a man who is easiliy curious at everything as he have never seen much in his life. This curiosity let him to excel lets him explore how things work and in turn, his knowledge in all things mechanic. When his parents passed, he moved to New York to start a new life, working as a night shift mechanic and a garbage collector in the day.

Chapter One: Rise to Power

After meeting in a traffic accident, Denzel was hospitalysed for awhile. After being discharged, he encounter another accident which led him to follow a Russian with the power of invulnerability. After realising the man's motive was foul, Denzel ran for the police station and was accused of being a madman. He was saved from a trip to the institude by Seth Darko who had the power of Umbrakinesis and George Davies with the ability of Molecular Reconstruction. It was then he discovered his ability.

From there on, he was drawn into a series of events revolving around mysterious case. After tailing his companion to New York's Central Park, they were ambushed by a mysterious sniper, later revealed to be Armand Hania, and members of The Conclaive, a mysterious group that was after the case. Seth Darko manage to take out Armand and one of the Conclaive members Flick. Showing great control of his powers, Denzel managed to remove the Russian, Kevlar, out of the picture.

The trio met up with Lazarus, an even more mysterious man who Denzel could not find a reason to trust and a weird girl, Amanda. After an agreement, Seth left with the case and Denzel followed George to await the next day where they would hand the case over to Lazarus. The two drove past what remained of the Brooklyn Bridge and contemplated on the destructive power of men. While in the car, Denzel fiddled with his powers a little and gain slightly more control over it than before.

The day after, the crew from the park met up and the case was handed over to Lazarus. Denzel, after finding out about his powers wanted to help in someway but was turned at every corner by Lazarus, making the situation extremely tense and strained the relationship between the two.

After Lazarus and Amanda left to dispose of the case, the original trio was left alone with Seth trying to train George and Denzel to use their powers better. Seth however, fell asleep and when George got a call which showed signs of his wife in trouble, Denzel went to help. Arriving at the Davies' household, George and Denzel had a standoff with the rogue officer Armand and after a fierce battle, managed to cause him to retreat but not before injuring George's wife Martha. The ambulance was called and Martha was rushed to the hospital with George and Denzel's company. During the trip, Denzel swore to himself to never let a tragedy like this happen ever again.

At the hospital, George and Denzel found out that Armand was admitted to same place. After watching George fight his inner demons and saying goodbye to his wife, the pair headed back to their original meeting spot, reuniting with Seth, Lazarus and two others, ready to take on the Conclaive on a rescue mission. But Lazarus had something in stored for Denzel, deciding to test his conviction, he told Denzel to shoot him. The garabage man initially hesitated then shot Lazarus.

Lazarus stood back up as if nothing had happened. After testing Denzel's conviction, the group headed out to DTI NY. They followed the plan and managed to make it to building four. It was there that Denzel and Seth's partner, Callum, deserted them to rescue Daphne, and in the process, gave off their location. The guards opened fire and after an initial retreat, the two decided to fight. Seth went to the guards while Denzel had a rematch with Kevlar the Invulnerable.

The fight was intense and Tiberius had the upper hand endurance but not in strength. After seeing Denzel's creative use of his power, Kevlar began making strategical attacks and turned the tide. Seconds before death seized him, Denzel had an empiphany and understood the basis of his power and absorbed electricity and finally took Kevlar down by stunning him. Tired and injured, the last man standing gave a notice of retreat and left DTI NY with Seth.

Chapter Two: Into the Wild

After reuniting with The Fold and meeting up with the mysterious Kaleb and friend of Mitch, shapeshifter Lilah Taylor, they found out that now, they are wanted by not just the Conclaive any longer but also the government as terrorist. With the sudden change in pace, the group goes on the run. Seth and Denzel left with Lazarus to San Francisco but en route, they stopped by an old bar called the Lost Highway on Route 66 at the Arizona Desert. There, they met Pyre, an associates of Lazarus and nearly got into a fight with the multiple metahuman bikers there.

After the near encounter, they were introduced to the group, The Paladins which were a rag-tag team of do-gooders around the world and that The Lost Highway was their sanctuary. They met up with many people incluing Pyre, Gabriel Balisong, Sandy Newmen, London Jamiason and a guy called Jeremy. After a night of sleep, Lazarus bought seth and Denzel to a place out in the dessert called the Blood Floor to train them for the battle to come.

A few years back, he treated a teenageer named Tier Mantle and discovered the boy's ability to manipulate plant. With his hunger for 'knowledge' pushing him, the doctor decided to experiment on the boy. But due to high adrenaline level, Tier lost control of his power and escaped. The doctor therefore began a series of so called 'test' on many individual, desperate to recreate the phenomenom shown but to no avail and even lost his license to practice medicine in the process. Thereafter, he continued living, searching for Tier and any others that might display these abilities. But mainly Tier.

The year was 1945. During the midst of the World War, Mina was captured and taken prisoner, held captive at a university made prison in the Philipines. A group of Allied soldiers made an attack on the school. During the said seige, Mina along with a small group of other prisoners were taken hostage and used as meat shield. And interesting start to a deadly journey one might say.

Latency: The ability to delay the inevitable. A more technical term would be Concentrated Space-time Manipulation. Able to slow things down within a small enclosed space so that the end result would be delayed. Example would be if a man were to fire a bullet from a gun, the bullet would slow on it's exit and only come out a few seconds later. This ability is constantly in work on Dan's body. Having suffered a fatal injury from a car crash, his powers came into play and delayed his death. He currently has two years to live.

Bio: After surviving the crash that seperated him with his brother and killing off the rest of his family, Dan was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Unbeknownst to him or the doctor, his ability which menifested a year ago was passively in work. He was in critical condition for two whole days, a phenomenom that baffled the doctors and nurses. By the third day, his ability managed to stabilize the fatal wound and Dan survived. After the incident, he was taken in by an orphanage and when he was of age, he left for New York with a small sum of money his parents left him to start a new life. He does not know his brother survived as his body was stated as never found by the doctors who wanted to experiment on Tier and all Dan could do now was live life as best as he could.

But having the knowledge of metas, the world won't allow his life to be the same.
