Huh? what are you talking about xD
I live in europe, holland, and I was able to see it.

Anyways, I didn't know how to join all acess, but I did do as he told me go to nbc and then to uh.. heroes.
And then like, I searched and searched on the page, and there was a sign up for heroes something.. so I signed up, but it didn't say all access, it had a diff name but my memory sucks.

Oh well, hope I still made that account lol.
