What if the eclipse doesn't undo people of their abilities?
What if all it can do is.. give people abilities.
Then, the future we saw where bussiness men were flying wasn't because suresh found a way to give people abilities, but because those people got the abilities because of the eclypse?
But maybe the whole eclypse thing means nothing.
That people would see it, and when it's done, nothing changed.
But that would be a mental only thing. And funny as hell xD
What do you guys think about this?
I want to hear some more theories

LOL I never watch the previews, cuz it spoils things like you just did..
But I forgive you.
Can anyone explain to me what a normal thing like an eclypse has to do with losing abillities?
I don't see any connection, how could such a thing have an influence on enzymes and stuff o.o;;

To be honest, it can't be explained. It's just a purely fictional plot device thought up by the writers. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, because I actually think it's pretty cool, but it definitely doesn't have any real scientific applications regarding the superpowers (at least I don't think it does).

I'm telling you if the ecplise actually does anything significant i'm pretty much giving up on Heroes ever being anything other then a flashy light show with cool action scenes. Right now i'm sitting here trying to work out when Heroes went from a cool show about people who had super powers to something about magic and mystisism and junk. It's getting a little ridiculous.

Yeah, but let's not judge to early, maybe.. maybe suresh comes up with a scientificall explenation. I surely hope so, I love it when he talks all smart.
(And I love it how my biology subjects always match to what's going on in heroes LOL)
YET, one more interresting thing!
There's an eclypse EVERY year!!
Why would this one be different?
Does every eclypse take away powers?
If not, then why would this one? What's so special about the eclypse of now?
If every eclypse would take abilities, how come it never effected Adam?

Partial solar eclipses do happen quite regularly; total solar eclipses are rather rare but you can find astronomical websites that show when and where the next ones will occur.
Back when I had a telescope, I was fortunate enough to view a partial eclipse through it.
