Sylar's Ability
Why do people think Sylar lost all his aquired abilities when he got the Shanti virus (except telekinesis)? Could it possibly be that he simply hasn't had the need to use his other abilities? Plus, in 'I am Become Death', future Sylar explodes (Ted's ability) when Knox kills Noah, proof he still at least had that one.
