Hi there to fellow Heroes fanatics, I found this site recently so I could complain to Tim Kring and the Heroes writers about a way to make the show go back to the awesome that was season 1. but, that's a loss I guess (for now atleast). So, i decided to sign up anyway to you know that about Heroes and all that good stuff.
Oh, and how I got into Heroes is all thanks to Hiro Nakamura and his powers being lifted from the greatest Anime/Manga series of all time: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Once I watched I got addicted, and the rest... is history.
I know what you mean about season one and season two but for my part season three is the best season so far and to think we've just started. I hope you have fun here and that you give us your opinion on the episodes and what's going on in the world of "Heroes".

I'm mostly talking about character development. I mean the story can't get any better, but it seems to be missing ALOT in character depth. The Heroes we've already know we accept, the new characters we know ALMOST NOTHING about.
Basically, needs more backstory, and Sylar NEEDS motivation.
Well, there is a problem with that too, I've given it so much time without questioning the character development. But that's because the actors were phenomenal. I've been watching the series for so long, having high hopes for it after the rushed and abysmal ending of season 2. I've been watching it so long that every other move is so predictable, it feels like I could write each episode out now. Also, what the hell happened to Elle? She was the best new character of the 2nd season, and Season 3 gave me high hopes for her but now she's not there anymore? WHO THE HELL IS THE HEAD WRITER SO I CAN SLAP HIM UPSIDE THE HEAD FOR THAT MISTAKE! The fact that I hated every other new character from season 2, and most will agree with me that Maya is a horrid character and should not survived the 2nd season. Of course season 2 happened when the writer's strike did so filler was needed. I mean, I watched every episode in the 2nd season, and was optimistic about it. I didn't mind the story, but some of the choices were ridiculously idiotic, and I blame that on the writers strike , so they had to rush things. I guess it's because I'm more cynical after the second season, but I did say I looked forward to the 3rd, even saying it was a return to form. Of course after the first two episodes the nitpick train rolled RIGHT into the station, on time. I guess it's my devotion to the show that is making me nitpick so much, but every great show needs it's criticisms, so it can improve. But, there is nothing I can do, except let the season play out. That's all.
You want Tim Kring. And we don't like people criticising Heroes. Sure S2 wasn't the best, but then S3 DOES deliver. Remember in S1 it took 17 episode to get all the info on HRG? GIVE IT TIME!! And I do agree with you on Elle. We need Ellectricity!

Sure we do. If not for fan feedback--both positive and negative--the show cannot grow. No, the writers don't necessarily follow what the fans want, but they do pay attention to a degree. You never know--a script writer might even lurk here every now and then.

I like that. Very smart.
