heres this game we used to play in class called Fortunately, Unfortunately. Basically, one person begins with a random statement, then ends by saying "fortunately..."
The next person continues by saying"Fortunately...[positive event]...unfortunately"
The next person starts "unfortunately[negative statement]...fortunately"

That may be a bit unclear, so heres an example

Start: One day Bill was walking past the local cinema, fortunately"
2nd: "Fortunately, he remmbered he was meeting his friend in the cinema in a couple of minutes, unfortunately"
3rd: "Unfortunately, his friend forgot, and Bill was kept waiting for an hour until he decided to go home, fortunately"

And so on and so forth. I'll start now:


One day there was this girl who had just been asked out by her crush, fortunately....
