Thank god for official sites. I had no idea this list existed until someone showed it to me on another forum. It's great for power ideas though

I mentioned this on the other thread, but I'll say it again for good measure. That list isn't official. It's a wiki, and as such people just put things on there. Some of those abilities are garbage. Some of them are insanely creative. Just be careful and think when using their list.

Seconded. I've seen some crazy powers on there that would be nigh impossible to achieve in any manner, quantum physics included. Use it for ideas, but little else. Also, their names for abilities are woefully unimaginative and pseudo-scientific.
Myself and some other people are capable of providing a Heroes-esque name for an ability. See; Highly Advanced ESP (AKA Omniscience), Gene Mutation Field (AKA Power Bestowal, Negation, and Amplification), Tactile DNA Mimicry (Literal Shape-Shifting by mimicking DNA that has been in contact with the skin), Genetic Self-Augmentation (Power Generation, Ian Jackson had a version of this that was called Technopathic Mimicry) and Synaptic Pattern Replication (AKA Mind Mimicry).
Tychokinesis is the ability to mentally and alter stochastic fields, which affect the chance of one event or another, thus generating good or bad luck. With this ability one could cause normally-improbable things to happen, or normally-likely events to not happen. This could be positive or negative for either side. This ability is usually accompanied by Psychic Strategy.
In quantum mechanical terms, this may actually be an inversion of the observer effect, where observation of a quantum waveform causes it to collapse into a definite state. In this case, the observer - the user - seems to be able to choose which of the possible states the waveform will collapse into, bending random chance to his or her will.
I think it revolves around changing good/bad luck etc... I'm not sure. xD.

If I'm not mistaken, it sounds like Tychokinesis is like actually manipulating chaos. Basically luck manipulation, but on a far wider scale. It's too much. Creative, but ridiculous.
