This foundation is created by Zahid Candemir and Shan Quan.
The main mission for this foundation/organization is to captivate meta villains and erase their memory to start them off as heroes. One mission can take from 1 week to 5 months. Depending on how catchable the victim is.
They only have a few employees for now, they are recruiting new people.

Zahid Candemir and Shan Quan takes care of recruting and containing new metas.

Lisa Anderson has the ability to communicate electronic in all kinds of ways to contact and watch the new recruits.

They have one memory manipulator named Mehmet Topal that has the mission to erease memories and another powerless employee that creates evidence such as pictures or videos convincing the victim to believe that they were Hereos before the memory loss.

Justin is contained in a cell right now, the first victim. He is soon going to be releaved from his memories.

If you want to get recruited just do something that involves abilities, like maybe searching for Darwins theories or searching Chandra Sureshs book. I think you get it.

Shan was looking at Justin through the window in his cell. Sitting on the bed Justin dug his face in to his hands. Im sorry Lord, I tried to complete your mission. He mumbled. These godforsaken people didnt let me.
Shan turned to Mehmet. Is all of his madness going away to, when you "wash" him? Shan asked.
It should be, that ideal he has is built on his life experience, when his life is ereased he wont remember that. Justin put on a pair of goggles. They didnt have any glass on them, just made of a thick layer of metal. Zahid arrived. I am moving him to the other side of the room. Zahid said and put his hands up to move Justin. You just go straight and you should be able to get to him. Justin suddenly stood up like someone was forcing him to. Then he lifted a bit from the ground and pinned up to the wall. There, be careful. He said to Mehmet. Mehmet went to the door and opened it and went in. Shan pushed at a button that made the a metal curtain making them not able to see in to the cell. Zahid was still holding his hands up holding Justin up.
Isnt that hard? To not see what youre moving? Shan asked.
For me its not more about seeing. 99 percent is to feel it. Zahid said and smiled. Suddenly the metall curtain began to glow up like someone was holding a strong light against them.
He is strong. Zahid said.
And suddenly the light was off and Zahid let go.
The door opened and Mehmet looked at Zahid and Shan. Holding his goggles up. These things are 10 centimetres thick. He looked amazed. Still I could see the light weakly through them.
