I'm not biased, If I didn't know her I still would've voted for her. I looked at all the other banners, and they're all great, but Spok does the best at cutting people out with smooth edges. Her backgrounds are awesome and unique, and she knows how to utilize brushes well. She takes a class on it, so she is really good.
I can't find any of SAMurai's banners though, could someone link me to the topic?
