With Elle involved in this I wonder if this is some ploy to get to Peter. Not that Claire isn't important in her own right for the Company to want back but Elle seems to be specifically linked to Peter.

At the time they film the episode where HRG is supposed to die, Dekker will probably be working on the Sarah Connor Chronicles, unless it gets cancelled early.
