A Counter-Orginization
Sure, the Syndicate is the all powerful evil org., but what about us heroes? I believe we have right to one big org.
It could even lead to some awesome war but thats just me

It was disbanded to keep in line with the theme of Heroes. You can try to put another together, it's not against the rules, it's just not very Heroes-esque.
