So how did the Season 2 premiere of Heroes do in the area that really counts — the ratings? Not bad at all. Variety reports that Heroes averaged a 6.5 share of all viewers in the important 18-49 demographics and 14.1 million viewers overall, up from last year’s premiere of 5.9 in the 18-49 group. [...]
Not surprising at all. Heroes shouldn't really have a problem with ratings this season. Origins, however, might be in trouble, especially since it's airing during sweeps.

The ratings weren't even counted in my area, where I know much talk of Heroes. There was Monday night football so it was pre-empted to this Saturday night at 8pm central time, fortunately I was able to watch it on NBC's site.
