I was randomly thinking, what if there was more to Peter than we originally though?

I mean, he blacked out and was "dreaming" about the past. And then had a conversation with the dying guy (name escapes me, apologies). But this isn't the first time he's dreamed in such a fashion. He also dreamed his brother's car accident no?

I really think there's some kind of correlation with Peter and his dreaming. . . Heroes has yet to explain it either. He hasn't encountered anyone (that we know of) with an ability like this either.

Just a thought of genius.

It was rumored that he DID encounter someone with these powers...we just didn't know who it was. It was Rumored that either Mrs Petrelli or Simone's dad had the power but it was never revealed that it was either of their powers.

I'm pretty sure it's Simone's dad, Peter definitly spent a lot of time with him and when he asked him, he kinda shrugged it off. I believe that was Simone's father's power, and Peter utilized it in the Season Finale.

However, when Nathan had his car crash, was Peter with Mr. Deveaux yet?

I think it was his mother's ability. Then again, it's odd that his second dream experience was much more interactive than his first.

i would say it's more likely if it's charles deveaux's power. Just because he was able to advice peter in the season finale, even though he is "dead"

since they both have the dreaming powers, they both can meet in the dream world

There is a problem with it being Charles power. Peter dreamt about Nathan's accident "before" beginning to care for him. The party that Nathan and his wife drove home from was the party celebrating Peter's graduation from nursing school.

Has anyone considered Papa Petrelli as a possible source for the dream power?

I dont think it can be their dad because of the graphic novel series when Linderman met their dad. He basicly treated lindrman like a freak after he saw what he could do. I doubt he would do that if he had some sort of powers of his own.

Well, if Charles knew Mama P before hand, then it's possible that Charles knew of Peter before Peter started taking care of him, and maybe that's how Peter got that dream power... Charles was probably near Peter, without Peter even realizing it... you never know with the company *nod*...

The second experience was probably more interactive because he was able to control his powers better.
