The Hospital

OOC: heres a thread that the heroes can use for a hospital, since alot have been or are in the hospital. I dont think it matters that everyones in different cities and stuff, we can just pretend lol. Also, because Sophies a nurse in the ten years gone thread, I'll make her a nurse here, I'll age her a bit. So yeah post away!

Sage McIntyre
High School thread

Sage was sleeping when her mother came in and silently put a vase of flowers on her nightstand.
She went up to Sage and gently stroked her hair to one side.
At her mothers touch Sage woke, grogy from the medicine the doctors gave her.
"How's my sweety" Her mother softly asked her.
"I'm ok mom, I just want to go home"
"The doctors may let you go home later this week, there worried about you" Her mother said flatly.
"WHY?" Sage almost yelled.
"Because of your memory loss, your head injury and the way you acted when you came back, three days later" Her stated only the facts.
"Mom" Sage sat up in the bed "I am fine, I want to go back to school" She added.
"Oh, speaking of school, I have your homework and I signed you up for a camping trip your schools is offering"
"What? A camping trip?" Sage questioned
"Yes, I know how much you love the outdoors I thought you would enjoy it" She said with a smile.
Sage sighed and then added "Can you see if I can go home later today, please?"
"I don't know, we'll talk to the doctors later hun, but right now you need to heal" she pointed to the wound on her head.
Sage touched her bandaged wound on her head just above her right eye "I always heal good mom, please I have a horse to take of"
"Sweety we pay board for your horse care, don't worry" her mother tried to sound chipper.
"Mom, no one will ride the horse thou, and you know how my horse gets if no one rides him, and we have a show comming up" Sage was visably restless "Mom, please I need to go home"
"I will talk to the doctors later" Her mother kissed her and left her room, there was no winning with Sage.

Sage watched her leave and she got out of bed and with the IV pole in tow went over to the window and watched the people comming and going, she saw the sun shining and the breeze lapping at the trees.
"I can't stay here" Sage whispered to herself.

Sophie came into Sage's room to check her vitals and everything. She walked over and changed her IV bag.

"Hey sweetie, how are you feeling?" Sophie asked her. She pulled out a kit to draw blood, the doctor wanted samples.

Sage pulled herself away from the window.
"I'm fine thanks" Sage said as she pulled the IV pole over to Sophie
"More blood?" She sighed "I know what a pin cusion feels like"
Sage carefully watched Sophie's every move.
"Why do they have to take so much? The nurse was just in like an hour ago?" She questioned Sophie.

"They are just making sure nothings wrong. I promise, soon enough you can leave." Sophie said. She used a alcohol wipe to wipe her arm and she found a vain and stuck her

The instint that the needle broke the skin, Sage jumped.
"Thats enough, I'm sick of being poked" She said as she took the needle out of her arm and threw it over to Sophie.

The word restraints caused a flashback to the holding cell and the fear she felt there.
Sage yelled "NO! NO more needles, no more restraints!"
She went over to her closet and started to change to her own clothes.
