Highschool scenario for our characters. Just like Esquin's Ten Years Gone thread this one is almost completely shut off from the rest of the RPG. All of this is going to be going on in a different dimension so everyone can join and all they have to do is change their current characters age. Everyone should start off normal, one or two posts as a normal person, and then begin to manifest powers. Development of those skills can go as fast or as slow as you want.
Cross-overs from other threads will have to be none, unless your character can dimension jump.
For fun we can throw in all of the storylines and characters from Claire's and Betty's schools. This isn't going to be cannon so we can transplant everything in Heroes, highschool-wise, to Odessa, TX if we want.

Rules:
All regular RPG rules apply.
Characters are normal and then gain powers, same goes for teachers.
No cross-overs with other threads.
Characters must remain in Odessa, Texas or surrounding area.

Subculture: N/A, does not fit into any stereotype. Anything can go here; Prep, Goth, Emo, Jock, Nerd, Hippie, Gangsta, or anything else you can think of.
Clothing: T-shirts, color and design varies. Loose fit cargo pants, varies from assorted camo design schemes to colors such as tan and black. Always wears a belt to keep top hem at waistline, no sagging. Shoes are either boots or sandals.
Accessories: Messenger bag that holds laptop computer and other assorted items.
Makeup: N/A
Musical Tastes: Will listen to any kind of music.

Grade: 12th
Subculture: Emo
Clothing: Wears a fit white beautifully designed polo shirt and a pair of black jeans and a pair of high cut black and white converse shoes.
Accessories: A white Messenger bag that holds laptop computer and a black penshoppe backpack.
Makeup: N/A
Musical Tastes: Every kind of Rock, Emo and Classical.

James was at his locker, yet another day of mindless lectures about everything from complex math to biology. I need a hobby. He thought as he got the right text book and began heading to his next class. A hobby, I could take up painting, maybe do the artwork for comic books. He laughed inwardly as he thought about him standing in front of a canvas, painting stick figures.

The PA system crackled to life and an older woman's voice said. Reminder, school is out in two weeks, homecoming is in three days. Those responsible for the graffiti on the school's doors this morning are to come forward. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to report it to the head office. Oh, and we're having meatloaf for lunch.

She grinned when she heard about the door. That had to been one of the better feats in the last few months. She looked through her locker. This year wasn't a total waste. She enjoyed a couple of moments. But honestly, she'd be glad when it was done with. She didn't want to come back next year but really didn't have much of a choice.

Billie Jansen

Billie was having his lunch with his friends behind the school when suddenly Nathan Crick [the bully] the guy that was bullying him almost everyday for the past two years kicked his friends food off the ground.

-The principal looks through the window in his office-

Billie stood up and confronted Nathan.

"Hey back off!"

Nathan laughed and grabbed Billie by the shirt.

And what are you gonna do? said Nathan

"You know, I'm sick and tired of you doing this to everyone every single day! Now back off!"

Billie forcefully shoved Nathan to the mud puddle.

Nathan stood up with his clothes covered in mud.

Your gonna pay for this Jansen! said Nathan shaking his fist angrily

-Nathan punches Billie but misses-

-A bunch of people circle around them saying "Fight! Fight! Fight!-

Billie dodges the punch and grabs the tray beside him cracking Nathan on the head.

"Hurts doesn't it? Thats what you've been doing to us for the past two years."

-The principal speaks through the microphone-

Principal: Billie Jansen and Nathan Crick, please report to the principal office please. I repeat, Billie Jansen and Nathan Crick, please report to the principal office immediately.

-They both went to the principal's office-

OOC: HaHa first to go to the man!! Is 10th grade to early? If so I might keep it and make her a drop out at some point. Explains a possible future for her if it goes that way.

OOC: I think its too early.... you should drop out about.... when your at 12th grade.. I think
