IMO people like Cris Angel and Derren Brown amaze me. Angel is an illusionist and can move things with his mind. Brown can apparently control your mind. I mean it's so cool what these guys do!

it's also kind of scary.

but i think it's just amazing how there are some people out there with some 'abilities'.

any thoughts?

I really don't think thats possible. Until I see it with my own eyes, I won't believe it. If they somehow can, there must be a logical explanation

Don't worry gameshark, every trick they do has a logical explanation behind it. In fact, I like to do magic tricks myself and I can assure you that there is no magic behind it. I'll give you an example, remember when Criss Angel did the half woman trick?

Well, he has explained how he did it by having the an amputee and a contortionist. The amputee was on top and the contortionist was on the bottom.

It's all about video editing, actors, and being able to make a good illusion.

I do magic tricks too. I was just saying that it was impossible, and it probably has a logical explanation.

That trick freaked me out the first time I saw it...and I always wondered how he did it lol

Well, Derren Brown did a stunt once where he made the sun disappear. He took a young American guy out to the mountains and said a few things, clicked his fingers and boom, it was darkness and the boy was astonished. However, it showed you him hypnotising the guy to sleep, turning both their watches back to the time it happened, and then when he clicks his fingers obviously the guy wakes up unaware that he's been put to sleep. All he hears is Derren Brown clicking his fingers and its dark.
