She pushed the black car out of the way. About out of breath from that she climbed back into their car and drove back out. Things were quiet as they made their way into Philly. She made several turns then parked the car and led AJ into an apartment building just over a block away. They walked up a few flights of stairs then entered a small but livable place.

As I said back on the road. You can place calls but keep them short. I trust Chris and Nick. The rest should be fine but those two I trust.

A.J. followed her up the stairs and into the room. It wasn't very big, but it looked cozy.
"O.K." A.J. said

Make yourself at home. Got a TV and a Radio. No phone. Use your cell if you need to. If you need a key ask. I would ask though that you stay put until you can contact another here.

A.J. went to the phone, he would call them. He could vaguely remember a number, someone had told him it. He didn't remember whose number it was though.... He dialed his cell phone. He heard it ring

Smiling at him she went to fix some lunch meat sandwiches. And spread them out on a platter on the table. Then looked out the window.

A.J. sat down and ate the sandwhich slowly. Things were.... quiet. She looked out the window and A.J. silently ate his sandwhich

She wasn't really looking at anything, just keepiong her mind busy. Cursing her friend but at least it was worth the exposure.
