Kaede sat near the ledge of the fountain in Point State Park. She was reading a book on the underground river that flowed beneath the park, and found it fascinating.
She sighed and she looked across from the fountain and saw the water of the Ohio river, seemingly calm. She felt like going out to the water and swimming but knew better.
Slowly picking herself up, she walked over to the edge of the large, triangular area and stared out over the water. "Breath taking..." she sighed and she gazed at the water longingly.
Knowing it was nearing late afternoon, she gathered up her things and got ready to head back home.
Ignoring any looks she got, Misaki walked through the park thinking, I do not care and even if I do I'll not let it show. Looking around she found herself in a park. When did I walk into this?No one knows me here..., she said out loud. Hmm Written In The Stars to herself, she walked through the park she noted that it must be getting a bit late. Not too many here right now. She even took note of the river view. Then she heard someone ahead. Pausing hse moved closer to the bushes off the path.
Kaede packed up her backpack, filled with books and whatnot. She sighed and looked out to the water again, a sad look in her eye when small torrents of water started raising from the still, calm river.
Kaede's eyes opened wide in shock before she blinked, hard. When she opened her eyes again, she noticed that the streams of floating water were gone, but the river around where they had been wasn't calm, like it was before, it was constantly rippling outwards.
Kaede looked around before shrugging her bag onto her shoulders and turning away from the river, slowly, and walking down the cement path.
Pointing out to the water. Was that you? Smiling, That's not a normal thing for water and unless it was someone or something else, I think it might have been you.
Smiling she rasied one arm, the shoulder stilled burned and visible. I formed a purple Electromagnetic Blade in my hand then without moving my hand I sent it dancing around a bush then allowed it to disappear.
