Okay So I was bored so I decided to think about names I wanted to name my kids if i ever have any lol.

Okay tell me what you think of these names. Then post your favorite baby names. I like names that arent as common but arent completely out there.

I know that naming your child something fun and interesting seems like a great idea, but you have to remember that the child will someday be introducing themselves in a business context or personal as Rainbow Skies Smith. Awfully difficult to extend respect and confidence in someone at whom you would like to laugh at for having a silly name. A case in point is Talula Willis-Moore. She has stated publically that the first thing she going to do when she turns of age is change her name. She hates it. Do you think that Moon Unit Zappa could have found respectabliliy outside the intertainment industry? Doubtful. The questions that we have to answer for my daughters name is amazing and I think it is a normal, Cassandra.

But none of my name choices are like rainbow lol. Okay i admit Paisley is a bit out there, but the others besides Tallulah arent that bad... lol right?

The other names sound normal. It's just Paisley and Talulah that crack me up. When you see someone named Paisley, you just automatically assume that he/she is totally rich.

My boyfriend said Paisley reminds him of vegies. he was like if we ever have kids, i have to agree on the names lol. I was like whatever you say. HA. I'll name my kid what i want. hehehe. but im a few years away from kids lol

I don't really mean to rain on someone else's parade, but....erm.....

What exactly is wrong with parents and the names they choose these days?

Dakota? Mercedes? Skyye? Caleb? Tanner?

Or maybe I'm too "old-school"; classic names still have a wonderful sound to them.

Elizabeth. Anne-Marie. Cynthia. Winston. Alexander. Scott. (yes, my wife like the way that name sounds....which should get someone's attention )

well... I like the name Paisley.. so no Icking please lol My bf told me to get a dog and name it Paisley... ha lol i just might.
