Camilla St. Croix
"In the middle of nowhere"

"Malcolm...this was a bad decision!"
Camilla reconsiders her decision. Not long ago, she was drawn to this "place". An old town off the maps but real enough to have a small population of thugs, killers and "hide aways", the "Unwanted" she picks up. She has decided to use her mental abilities to scout the area. She has developed her powers considerably within the last few weeks that she no longer strains to cast a thought or to open her mind. She has gained a lot of control of the once "curse" that altered her life.
She opens and finds that along with the denziens, there are their victims. The first intruding thought was of a young girl sobbing in the house where she is standing. Her mental condition is of distress and panic. Camilla remembers that feeling, right before she "awakened" and since has controlled any and all things that brought on any of those feelings.
Camilla probed further to find others present with her...about five others. She prepared to close down, not wanting to have anything to do with what was happening. She didn't want to care but the girls thoughts slammed against her mind...grasping...clawing for any help!
With a grunt of disgust, Camilla "forced" the five to jump out the window. They had no choice! As they landed, their death was immediate and sure.
"Check it out, Malcolm. I don't think that there are any others, but to be safe, take your gun with you." Malcolm sighs as he grabs his gun. She is not concerned about his demeanor only that he does what he is told.
As Malcolm investigates the scene, Camilla feels the draw again. She closes in on the thought as it calls her. An undeniable call..."COME!"
She leaves Malcolm, knowing he can take care of himself and heads towards a large building. Not knowing what she will face, she tries probing. Her probes are unable to penetrate a psionic barrier. "A psi!" she says while smiling. Her curiousity takes the better of her and she enters the building.
As she enters, she is immediately greeted by another psi...
"Welcome Camilla." The tall man is handsome, she thinks. She sets her guard!
"Well, you know my name...but what's yours?" She asks still holding her guard.
"My name is Taj Mahn. I have been waiting for you...almost twelve years, now!" He smiles.
Camilla prepares herself for an attack. She practiced different types of defenses while travelling and she was ready for him!
"Hmm...", he begins, "You are still weak and lack discipline but we can work on that in time."
Camilla knows that she is a powerful psi but what if he was more dangerous? What if he could defeat her? Her thoughts are loud and Taj picks it up.
"You have nothing to fear, Camilla. Unless you decide to attack me. Do you want to attack me?" His question was more than that, it was a threat. Silently, she said no.
"Good! That would be a dangerous mistake. Please sit!" Pointing to a long sofa behind them. They sit.
"Camilla...the reason I called you here was to ask you to join me. I am a..."Watcher" and I have been watching the heroes. They are truly unique and they will usher in a new millenium for the powered beings and I, my dear, want to be there from the ground up!" The sound of his voice changed, thought Camilla. He sounded hungry...eager! Almost the way she sounded when she was "hungry" and needed to feed! "So, what am I here for? I mean you can do this by yourself, right?"
"Yes...but, I have need of your powers! You are special. Unlike the others! I need you!" He drew closer to her and she desired him. He touched her face and she melted. He kissed her and she was his! "Together, we will rule the world!"

OOC: well, OWI isn't simply a group of superpowered individuals. They're much more than that. And good luck taking out the Syndicate AND the heroes in your quest for world domination!

Taj Mahn
"The middle of Nowhere!"

Taj Mahn waited for the others. All those whom has "called" to his services. The specials and the "helpers".
His cause is simple: 'Rulle the others. Rule the World!' He knows that this will not be easy but he has "influential" individuals that will make the task easier.

He enters the great room where he finds Camilla and her partner, Malcolm, engaged in an heated argument. Taj sits and observes Camilla's behaviorism. She lacks temperment, which he values as an asset and though she has great power, she seems limited by her constant need to "feed" on others. A psi vampire!

He leans back in his large chair, viewing the distance of others he has called. Some are on their way, while others are still in New York and Philidalphia. His anticipation grows as his visions seem to be coming to fruition. His only dilema is the Sydnicate, OWI and the other heroes. These pose a threat to his plan but he is not swayed.
He smiles at his determination. He understands Camilla's passion for the presence of others, for he is a "feeder" himself. He wants the others to come so they can begin his vision...to take over the World!
