lol, does it really matter? Queen fans should be flattered that a Chinese band would copy a Queen song.

Once music is published, other musicians are able to cover that song as long as proper credit is given and royalties are paid. I think music copyrights expire after 70 years (or maybe 70 years after the death of the composer), but don't quote me on that.

It is surely copied. All the chinese newspaper broadcast this news on 3rd June, 2007. If you want to find some information, I am able to provide to you. However, all of them are written in traditional Chinese.

I am able to tell you that Mr. Mark Lui is notorious for copying music in Chinese world. Robbie Williams, Kyile minogue, corrs, usher, etc are also victim.

When I hear this song, I need to find someone to identify. I am not professional in music. I think you must find someone to hear and prove that I am right or not.
