Triggs stepped onto their battlefield through the portal Quntum had kindly given him.

It was all black, matching his suit. He imagined it as the universe before it was the universe. The eternal blackness surrounded him, the only thing visible himself. He was standing on hard ground, but he couldnt use his power on it, if it fell through, what we he fall into?

Triggs took a few sure steps forward, braced for any attack. He grew his extra limbs, and his wings, and hulked-up in size. His Particle shield was ready to be activated, and he put a learning trait on all the particles in his body, capable of gathering information about anothers power.

Quantum, Raul, whatever. This is Commander Triggs. We are attacking New York. Where are you? Are you here?

Still above the Ruins of New York

Using his shamaninc ability as a psion Balance he talks to Triggs.

"Don't be in hurry Triggs, I'm still metting out revenge to your folowers in the normal earth dimension."

"I'll be there, just wait!"

You Son of a Bitch! I'm here and you're still messing around with my men? I thought you wanted the Organ-Grinder, not the bloody monkeys!!

Triggs lashed out in anger, and exploded some nearby particles.

You see that! You lay one more finger on my troops, and I'll do that to you!!!

Inside the Hyperspace Construct

"Nice form my young apprentice."

"Now, feel my power! Learn from it!"

Quantum transforms into a bright silvery version of his human self with a golden mark of the Godsend on his forehead.

"You will bear this mark soon enough!"

"Feel my Hyperspace Jutsu!"

He disappears into subspace, gaining the speed and energy of a planet going through trillions of lightyears.

"LEARN!"

He punches Triggs with such a violent force, space-time nearly collapsed. With that blow he shows Triggs the pains of the world and his role in solving it, saving humanity from death.

Triggs is shaken, but with the heart of a lion, he picks himself up, slowly. His eyes glow white, and he is healed. He also read the new information delivered to him in the punch, and he absorbed a small portion of the power.

Bad Move.

Triggs goes invisible, and slowly moves around stalking Quantum.

Feel Nukes, Scum.

Triggs turned part of his body into Plutonium, and split his own nuclei, causing a mass explosion. Quantum flew back, startled by the power the "apprentice" has. Triggs' eyes once again glow white, and he automatically heals.

I have learned a lot of things. Most of all, Love and Loyalty. To my people, to the cause. You cannot take that away, no matter what you try.

"Yes! Yes! Master your powers! Learn my own!"

"Your malice is still strong, and that is forgivable!"

"The spirits chose you as the next balance for they felt, no, knew that you will be the one to lead all Godsends against the Great evil to rise."

"You may not know fear for me, but you will know death from that Evil."

"Accept your charge!"

Timethreads with the pain of all life, in all worlds, in all dimensions opened up in a dark and grim shine. In a flash they entered every sentient particle of Triggs's body. Space-time crashed upon each particle, disturbing his every being.

"You are strong! That pleases me!"

He cackles in strange eerie way.

OOC: I'm not changing yet! We still have about 4 more battles before that!

Arrgghh! Triggs felt the darkness, and tried to get rid of all of the particles. They were all over him. It was impossible. He'd have to make do with Nukes

What did you do to me?! Who the hell are you?! I am no balance! I give all oppressed supers a chance to live without humans attacking them! I know what it's like! I was attacked when I was young!

Triggs sent another nuke at Quantum, exploding right near him

"You fill me with glee even as you bombard me with untold pain."

"At the very least, I know you will be more than enough to at least protect all of humanity from the threat, that EVIL threat."

"You see, even as I am more than powerful enough to get rid of that evil, the spirit want a repentant Rogue to lead the battle not a Time worn guardian."

"You'd be THE EXAMPLE you see, that we are not humanity's bane, but their future."

"Who better be that Paragon, than you, an evil most malicious turned light for humanity's sake."

"For now, learn another one of my powers!"

Spirits from ages past come to my aid. Fill me with your light. Fill me with your glory. Channel now this heavenly power to my opponent who is my successor. Show him the light of all worlds. The glory that is life. The Glory of the savior of all. Enemy in the dark, Be Filled with Light!

Triggs fought the power, and put up his inpenetrable particle shield

NO! We are evolution! Humans are not the future! I have nothing against them, except their arrogance denies us our place at the top of the chain! I am not evil! I am the saviour of the persecuted!

Triggs' nukes didn't seem to be doing much to him, so he thought he'd try a different tactic. He disappeared and then reappeared behind Quantum, putting a disintegration punch into the back of his skull.

"A nice attack. Would've worked if I were normal!"

"Learn this apprentice"

"I have power over the most basic components of physical reality, strings."

"I only have power over space-time strings as to limit my own power."

"As material objects, we occupy space, now feel this Apprentice!"

In a blink, a large chunk of space-time warped in frightful levels in Triggs's chest. Unleashing the warp, a large gaping hole formed as alot of Triggs chest matter collapsed and obliterated into nothingness.

"Painful isn't, it can go on forever If I want to, I am a time master."

"Our battle will never end in fact, I won't let it, if you don't accept my charge!"
