She seemed to have the power of suggestion, thru touch. Several times in this episode she touched someone, made a suggestion, and the person immediately complied.

1) Telling Nathan to stick with the plan after Lindermen's death. She touched his back. (Obviously he changed his mind later.)
2) Telling Claire to let her answer the phone. She touched Claire's arm.
3) Another one with Claire before she jumped out the window. That one didn't seem to stick though. She was trying to convince her to stay with her family (Petrelli's). While being touched by Ma Petrelli on the shoulder Claire's expression changed to compliance and she went and hugged Nathan. Once not being touched by Ma Petrelli though she changed her mind. So either Ma Petrelli's power isn't so powerful, Claire is resistant, or it's not her power at all and it was all just a coincidence.

They did seem to go out of their way to show her touching people a lot right before giving orders/suggestions.
