Is it just me, or does Takezo Kensei look a lot like Hiro's father when he jumps back to Feudal Japan?

Perhaps Hiro isn't the only time-jumper in the family?

Imagine meeting your immortal father 300+ years before you're born. Sounds like Chapter 2 is going to be a bit interesting.

Also explains a bit about why his dad is so capable with the Sword. Takezo Kensei = Hiro's Father is sounding more and more like a strong possibility the more I go over it in my head. All those bedtime stories, and his talk about waiting for one of "the family" to ascend.. Could have been having kids for 300 years waiting for one of them to develop a power that could equal his.

Also, if you're immortal, you're a lot more willing to stab yourself in the heart.

I'm sure he is related, but how could you say he looked like him when the person was wearing a mask?

They eyes and nose just look a lot a like, the overall demeanor, and the voice as he yelled.

Plus the way Hiro's father talks in New York, it just really seems to make sense.

I agree Kensei is Hiro's father. His ability is immortality, this would be confirmed by his comment when he said he had been waiting for one of his children to fulfill his legacy. He only has two children presently that we know of.

I have a 42" 1080p LCD HDTV and you can't see his eyes. Of course its a relative, is it that hard to figure out with a title of "Generations"?

Also, don't make the mistake of confusing "immortality" with "longevity". Remember Tolkein elves--they didn't age upon reaching adulthood but could be killed with relative ease.

I don't think that Kensei is Hiro's dad, i'm beginning to wonder whether he is Hiro?
