Great article! I personally feel that Nathan's fate is still very much up in the air (ack...totally unintentional pun, seriously) so don't quite agree with article's message that he's definitely dead, but nonetheless a great read.

I agree that Nathan's fate is in question. All he had to do is let go of Peter and fly away. At that speed, Peter would continue in the upward motion until he exploded, and then Nathan could fly back to catch him. Assuming Peter wouldn't be in any shape to fly himself at that time.

[Technopath]

Peter regenerates naturally, even if he doesn't fly and falls down he still regenerates. As for Nathan he could have flown away. Sylar went underground, bleeding but still alive and Parkman was still alive when he entered the ambulance. And we didn't see DL die either. As far as we know, no one died on this episode :P
