Fat cop....
I can't remember what his name is, but the one who hears thoughts. This is a wee tangent from the continuity thread. When he is listening to Hiro's thoughts, he wouldn't be able to understand them because they would be in Japanese. Surely he doesn't think in broken English?
Also, how do you reckon Peter gets his scar? There must be a loophole haha, anyone cleverer than me and can offer an explanation?

The "fat cop" is Matt Parkman. Hiro probably was thinking in English at the time of his interrogation because he was trying to think of what to say to Matt in English.

I really hope Matt survives! He's one of the Originals! not the new breed like Ted!
(sorry inappropriate ECW references!) But i really hope he doesnt kick the bucket, not quite yet anway.
