My attempt to reconstruct all of the Heroes timelines from evidence provided in the series, comic, and blogs.

Timeline 1 -

Future Hiro never contacts Peter.
Peter and Hiro have no reason to go to Texas.
Hiro may or may not meet Charlie.
Sylar takes Claire's regenerative abilities.
Hiro somehow gets his sword.
Peter may or may not meet Claude.
Peter may or may not gain regeneration from Sylar.
Sylar kills Ando. Hiro tries to kill Sylar but fails.
Either Sylar or Peter explodes.
Peter is scarred.
Candice, DL, and Molly survive and are hidden by HRG.
Sylar may or may not take Candice's power; either Sylar or Nathan becomes President and goes all Third Reich on the country.
Future Hiro Goes back in time to stop the madness.

Timeline 2 -
Identical to timeline until Future Hiro shows up in the subway.
Future Hiro gives his message to Peter.
Peter relays the message to Hiro.
They both head for Texas.
Hiro meets Charlie and decides to try a do-over after her death.
Timeline 2 ceases to exist.

Timeline 3-
Almost identical to timeline 2 except that Hiro spent some time with Charlie Six Months Ago and had to fly back to Texas from Japan.
Peter rescues Claire, gaining regeneration from her.
Afterwards, Peter dreams about exploding.
Hiro meets up with Issac and goes on his sword quest to regain his lost confidence.
Peter meets Claude and trains with him, gaining invisibility and further control voer his powers.
Claire goes on the run.
Hiro and Ando jump Five Years into the future.
Peter Explodes, Sylar is blamed.
Micah is killed in the explosion.
Jessica is killed, somehow.
Peter is scarred, somehow.
DL, Candice, and Molly Walker escape the explosion and are hidden by HRG with the help of Hiro and Hana. Sylar tracks down a kills DL and Candice. He may have also killed Molly.
Sylar kills Nathan and takes his place, becoming President.
Matt becomes Sylar's lapdog and is the director of Homeland security. HRG helps hide his family.
Future Hiro returns to his time in this timeline.
Hiro and Ando pop into the future
The events of Five Years Gone happen.

Timeline 4-
Identical to Timeline 3 until Hiro and Ando return from the future with the Comic.
The events of Landslide happen
???

Well you certainly put a lot of thought into that. It seems like your doing a Future Hero and trying to reconstruct exactly what happened. Email NBC and tell them what to do!

I dont think Sylar kills Molly, because he couldnt track Claire. Either Hiro, or any other "Heroes". The rest of it, is believable.

just some additions to timeline 3:
peter may have met claire's mom in timeline 3 (firefight with sylar)
hana got a bullet through here brain

Haha, he didn't need to in the end, once he realised Claire was his daughter.

How would he be able to kill Claire? Wouldn't the right side of her head have healed before he reaches the left? Technically, he could cut all the way around in circles for hours and by the time he gets over to the other side, the first side has healed itself. Unless he steals a power which can disable powers. Of course we are unsure even at the moment what kind of powers he has exactly, because there is no estimate of how many people he has killed. Mollys Dad for instance, what might his power have been?

I think if he cuts fast enough without stopping and then separates the top half of her skull from the rest of her body, she wouldn't heal.

Remember in the future when he cut her head off? Seemed to me like he had no problem then.
