Like Lord of the Rings' ultimate hero was Sam, not Frodo. I thought about that, but it depends on how they make it happen. I'd think they'd want to stay far far away from Tolkien.

Is James Kyson Lee even a main cast member? I know he's been in most episodes, but I think he's still just a guest. Besides, he can't really become the "ultimate hero" unless he evades his impending death.

Re: The Ultimate Hero
If Sylar even knows of Ando, he won't consider him a threat since he has no special abilities. This could allow Ando the chance to really surprise Sylar, because Sylar won't consider that Ando would dare approach him...but Ando possesses enough cajones to do it.
My advice for Ando is this: aim for going in between the third and fourth ribs down, make sure the sword goes all the way through, twist the blade to maximize the wound damage, then pull the sword back out. Only Claire or Peter could survive a gaping chest wound with a punctured lung, and only Linderman could heal someone with such wound.
Let's hope Sylar doesn't get to Linderman first. What? You didn't think of that possibility? Oh, well...that's why you're not me.

You never know, this could happen the way you explained it.
