Do you think if future sylar were to go back in time, would he take the brain of past sylar? Is he THAT insane to do that?

Well, if Future Sylar had the ability to travel through time--which he doesn't--then stealing the brain of Present Sylar would be useless because Present Sylar wouldn't have any ability that Future Sylar doesn't already have.

yeah he can't time travel anyways so it really doesn't matter.

Plus, if FutureSylar killed his past self, then he would die too. BUT that means that futuresylar never exsisted, so PastSy was never killed. Which means that FutureSy lives on. And that, my friends, is a paradox. =)

If PresentSylar killed his FUTURE self, then he may gain more power, and would not create a paradox. But still, I don't think the guy is sick enough to eat his own brain, AND he can't time travel.

I don't think he eats the brains, I've explained this before that after he kills Isaac, when he is painting you see he has blood on his hands but not on his mouth which pretty much proves he doesn't eat them (unless that was a mistake made by the producers) :\

Well, maybe he is an educated man, and wipe his mouth after lunch, lol. I know some people dont do that.

It's one of those tricky enigmas they leave in the series, there's something red dripping from his hands, yet he is painting a red (more like pink) door so it makes us question wether sylar eats the brains or not :\

I agree with you Technopath. He does not eat the brains. That's more like a zombie. Instead, he probably looks at them and figures out how they work, just like a watch.
