You're right about it being a show about teens learning martial arts (I think the style in the show was called "Bagua"), but it wasn't on FOX. It was on the WB.
Well, I could've been wrong about the station... The show I'm thinking of had some hot young ladies, and I'm pretty sure she was one of them. I remember one of the episodes dealing with a father beating up his son, and one of the kids got a job as a bouncer and then gets ganged up on in the parking lot...

It was either the WB or the UPN, back when they were launching new shows. Either/or, but definitely not FOX. I originally watched it for Russell Wong, who I have been a fan of since his "Vanishing Son" days. But it was kind of hard NOT to notice Missy.
