Background Details:

A few ways you could have learned about this website from either a glimpse of HRG's business card shown in HEROES, season 1, episode 12, "Godsend", or from the Primatech Paper banner ad on the HEROES NBC site (click the first image for a larger view):

The site is part of "HEROES 360", which is NBC's way to share bonus information about HEROES. One of the fun "get to know you" deals at this Primatech Paper site (owned by NBC), is a "career form" that you can get to when you enter the code, "mt36" (which code is received after texting the word "APPLY" to 46622), on this "Jobs" page. Some people think that the "36" in the code refers to the 36 people that are "on the list", or those that Chandra Suresh's program has identified as ones possessing some extraordinary abilities.

On the career form page, it states,

Primatech Paper uses a sophisticated personality inventory based on the DSM-IV to help us determine if applicants fit our employee profile."

It's thought that nbc might actually use the answers to learn more about the HEROES fans/viewers. Another reason for the form is to give people with either the correct combination (or possibly correct range?) of answers a clue to learn more, which came in the form of an email or text message.

Another way to get the clue, with a message that is similar in content to the email or text message, that you can read without giving out your email address or using a cell phone, is to go to the About Us page of the Primatech Paper wap site (which is viewable whether you are using a mobile device or not). Click on the small Primatech logo on that page, and it redirects to this info page. (This is a screenshot of the "About Us" page and the current message at the info page). The message, from Hana Gitelman, whose alias is "Wireless" (and who was introduced in the 4-part HEROES online graphic novel of the same name: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, and Part 4, and whose debut in episode 16, "Unexpected", will be portrayed by Stana Katic), is:

First of all, she means "Primatechpaper.com" (Primatech.com is a legitimate website with currently no affiliation with HEROES). So with the clue, go to the Primatech Paper site's About Us page, and you will see that when you hover over the logo on that page, a "helix" appears, and you can click on the logo (screenshot of the image change in the logo).

At the prompt, enter "bennet" as the user and "claire" as the password (without the quotation marks), and this "assignment tracker page" appears (screenshot).

On that page, 4 folder icons currently look clickable, and the first one, with a picture that looks like the outline of a lady's head, will lead to Hana Gitelman's profile. By following the clue, once you click on folder C001, enter "bennet" as the user and "HGghx11a" as the password (again, without the quotation marks), and you'll see a page similar to this screenshot (I hovered over Hana's picture to see what "alt" text was given). Three photos, a drawing, and Hana's Mossad profile are currently available on that page. You may also notice some letters in a different color. Together, "GGeh81zU" almost makes up the password to see the profile in another folder (the "U" at the end should be in lower-case).

If you click on folder C004, enter "bennet" as the user and "GGeh81zu" as the password (again, without the quotation marks), and guess about whom you'll learn more? You probably noticed that the first two letters of the password are the initials of the person about whom the profile in a particular folder is written, so C004 contains Sylar's, or Gabriel Gray's information (I noticed in this screenshot that when I hovered over the portrait to see what "alt" text was given, it wasn't changed for Sylar).

An email message yesterday had a new password:

So when you click on folder C003, enter "bennet" as the user and "TSntz14b" as the password (again, without the quotation marks), you'll get to learn more about Theodore Sprague (I noticed in this screenshot that the "alt" text has been changed).

One interesting find is this picture that doesn't seem to be part of either Hana's, Gabriel's, or Ted's file:

It might be for Matt's files.

Samantha's site was found from another email:

About the "48616e61" in the samantha website name... Go to this hexadecimal to ascii converter, and in the second form, type %48%61%6E%61, and press "decode to ascii"...

This will bring you to an Assignment Tracker titled subfolder Group C3. These are a guy named Bennet's files.
I believe this "paper company" employee is someone I formally only knew as "the man in the horn-rimmed glasses". He trained me, tested me, and led me to believe he was part of America's CIA. Then he sent me to Africa (Tanzania) and hung me out to dry.
Why? Don't know. That's part of why we're here. I'm looking for some help.
I'm looking for some answers.
Before I go further…I digress…
I have a special ability. If it's digital information, I can see it, hear it, navigate it, and manipulate it. I don't need to plug into a desktop of a PDA to do so either. It all just comes to me.
Don't ask me how. It's one of the answers I'm seeking. This Bennet guy may have given me this ability. Injected it into me. Built me this way. Made it "manifest". Maybe it was always in me. Not sure. He also seems to be tracking me.
Want some proof?
I traced a package to that Primatech Paper Company. It was for a pneumatic isotope injector. Please tell me why a paper company needs that?
I think he's either finding or building more people like me. Sending us on missions and poking and prodding us for who knows what.

This is Gabriel Gray. If you read the papers, you may know him as "Sylar". If you read his file, you'll soon learn he can't be trusted.
He has unhealthy compulsions and is dangerous to my cause. I think he's killing other people who have "special" abilities like mine.
Right now I'm all about finding more people who can help and building a team around Gray is definitely not a good place to begin.

He’s figuring out more about the pneumatic needle now.

He’s gonna be useful. I have a plan and he’s going to be part of it. But we need one more.

A trained spy with near-limitless wireless communcation/decryption capability. A telepath. A lethal energy emitter of radiation and explosive energy.

Not that it matters too much, but there is a new pic on the About Us page (with some Nissan Versas, maybe? Do jpgs have exif data, and if so, does this one have any info?):
