The phone code and link is just a gimmick. I hacked at the javascript behind it and when you enter a correct code it does nothing more than redirect you back to the jobs page. The redirect URL was encoded to make things a tiny bit more difficult. But anyone with even a little javascript skill can figure it out.
Now this MAY change in the future but as of right now, your code goes nowhere.

Of course it's a gimmick--it's related to a TV show! The corporation isn't real and we know it isn't real...but we pretend that it is, which is the whole point. Entertainment.

Guess I was a bit disappointed. I knew it was a gimmick - was kinda obvious. However I was expecting to at least get to punch in an email address and maybe get some kinda spoilers in the way of fake spam or something. It would have been a fantastic opportunity for marketing to collect email addresses, get statistics, etc... Especially concidering they're flipping a bill for the 800# (granted 800#s are drop in the bucket for a production that size).
The only reason I went hacking is because the code on the phone didn't work. Which reminds me, for some reason I couldn't dial-out to the 800# from my home line "the service you requested in unavailable from your calling area." - I have NO trouble with any other 800#s... Did work fine from my cell though.

This is what I got after submitting the form. We'll see if anything else ever happens...which I doubt.
So you actually got to enter your email address someplace? That doesn't seem to be working anymore then.
You punch in the code from the phone message and it just reloads the page. No option to enter email, contact info or anything... Just right back to the code page.

Are you entering the correct code? MT36?
The page still comes up for me, with entry blanks for various pieces of information. Who knows what I actually registered for, if anything? A chance to become a character on the show, maybe?
Yeah, right.
