Jumps the shark is the term used for when a tv show no longer has any good ideas, and it all goes downhill. It's a reference to an episode in "Happy Days" when Fonzie is waterskiing in his leather jacket and jumps over a shark.
The show's in the middle of its first season. And judging by the creativity that Kring has shown so far, I don't think Heroes is gonna be jumping the shark anytime soon.
Basically the moment, or episode, when you realize that the show has reach its pinnacle and there's nowhere left to go but down. I.e. when Stargate SG1 did "Wormhole Extreme".
Just a friendly reminder, don't forget to sign in to chat over at Deveaux Society tomorrow during the show. Or maybe even stop in at 8:30pm to discuss Hana when the sneak preview airs during Deal or No Deal.
I've changed chat applets so it's no longer tied to your forum account. Just go over to the CHAT tab and click login. If you're new (which at this point everyone will be), just enter a password to create a new login.
It's not a super feature rich chat applet (because I'm running the free version right now), but it's a LOT smoother than the other one.

No one wants to take charge anymore and there's just lots of finger pointing and "he said she siad". Not to mention vests to stop speeding bullets, elevators for tall buildings and villains running amuck (insert evil laugh here)."
