From what I can see in the previews, the FBI raids a huge company. Then there's the scene where Matt confronts HRG.
My money is on the company being Primatech Paper and either the FBI take Sylar or he gets loose in the comotion. If the FBI get him, they have NO CLUE how to contain him, he won't stay contained long in THEIR custody - heck, he could take some folks down with him in the process.

No one wants to take charge anymore and there's just lots of finger pointing and "he said she siad". Not to mention vests to stop speeding bullets, elevators for tall buildings and villains running amuck (insert evil laugh here)."

Agreed--the FBI would have no idea how to contain Gabriel.
On the other hand, if I were advising Gabriel I would tell him to surrender to the government, declare/demonstrate his abilities, and then begin working with them to track down other metahumans...while working towards his own ultimate goals. erm...if he had any goals, that is--one of Gabirel's weaknesses at this time is that he is directionless.
Another weakness is that he knows how to use his powers, but he doesn't really know how to use his powers.

A "Hiro versus Sylar" fight would depend upon one factor only--Hiro's emotional state. If he can stay focused and calm, then it would be over very quickly--Hiro stops time, grabs a knife, puts it through Sylar's heart (or something equally instantly deadly), then unfreezes time. If not, then Sylar wins very quickly--telekinetically grab Hiro, open his skull to extract the brain, and earn a nearly-immeasurably-valuable power.
Sylar is going to grow tired of this "the world is my oyster" phase eventually and need to move on to something else.

Why not me...erm...my character? Oh, Mr. Kring? If you (or someone connected with you) are watching, then *ahem* you have a unique, pre-made villain for season 2. *shameless self-promoting plug*
