Here is the interview

He gives some spoilers about his relationship with his Dad, his powers, future kissy kissy, and the dinosaur.

Nice interview. Some of my favorite snippets:

We'll see interesting new effects because of his lack of control that are tied to his emotions.

I might be way off, but I got the impression he was hinting about the dinosaur thing.

Actually, what struck me was the entirety of the quote:

Masi reveals we'll learn more in flashbacks, not to mention some flash forwards. "I think [we're going] 12 or 15 years [back], so we might see a young Hiro in that. And from what I understand, we will see future Hiro again, in that form, sometime this season.

Which implies that Present Hiro jumps forward and meets Future Hiro or at least into the timeframe that Future Hiro exists in - basically a glimpse into that future world. This should be pretty cool. I remember seeing a spoiler someplace that Hiro will bump into himself, this could be it.

He comes to the realization he can't change the past—that fate is fate and the same with destiny.

So both the past AND the future are written in stone. This kinda tells me Peter was MEANT to help Claire and that, regardless of risking a rift, Future Hiro was MEANT to go back and tip off Peter. And, while this rule more or less solves most paradox issues (not to mention validating Isaac's paintings as fact, but still open to interpretation), if destiny is unchangable then why worry about rifts to begin with?

Dino Might? We won't have to wait long to find out about the prehistoric critter. "The answer will be given in the first episode back, episode 12. You see the dinosaur come into play," teases Masi, who in real life is a computer graphics wiz: "All I can say is I do work for [special-effects company] Industrial Light and Magic, and we did work on a great show called Jurassic Park, so what does that mean? I dunno..."

Ah crud. I was hoping this show would avoid a dinosaur. It just seems too far-fetched.

Not necessarily. The quote does not mean that EVERYTHING is either fate or destiny and is therefore unchangable. And it has been shown that Isaac's paintings do not always depict a future scene exactly, things can be different.
