Episode Reviews/Discussions (POSSIBLE SPOILERS)For your take on the latest episodes, news on upcoming episodes, as well as your own reviews etc. BEWARE: THREADS MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS!
I can't take credit for this find, Roxy over at 9th Wonders summarized the important details here:
Just finished episode 15.
Polishing episode 17 now and it will air in late feb/early march...its about the origins of Claires dad (HRG) with flashbacks from 10-15 years ago up until the present day said to be a fun episode with a lot of background on HRG...
Wait until you see episode 12 with the haitian and some crazy effects, some crazy OMG moments in the first few minutes.
Niki/Jessica crosses paths with Matt and we will see Niki/Jessica with Nathan and their story will fit into the big story better.
Niki/Jessica has a tricky power and how it works, the exact definition is debatable by even the writers.
Hiro WILL encounter himself and there will be a big adventure in the end of the episodes of the season.
There will definitely be a second season.
Beginning of the second season is a huge dousy!! People will be gitty!!!!
Sylar originally ate brains and digested powers, but that is too silly so they kept the power vague, but his power is an understanding of how powers work and what to do.
Peter is empathic and Sylar does the same thing, but Sylar has to go further to get the powers and get brains.
Apparently Sylar was playing possum and waited to use his power on Eden to get her power, but couldnt obviously because she killed herself.
All the current main heroes will NOT make it to the end of the season and Sylar is involved in another death
Charlie and Eden are dead dead - DUH!
The government is not invloved with learning about the heroes.
Zach, Mrs. Petrelli and/or Ando will play a signifigant role in the second half (some or all of them).
Micah commuticates with machines or electronics like R2-D2.
Mohinder will "not" get a power (the tone of Fuller's voice was like uhhhh-----ummm---nooo so he sounded like maybe he was lying a bit so we'll see).
Jessica might be a spirit.
Everyone has a chance to be bad, like Nathan could be bad or someone else could be bad, it is very gray.
Hiro might fight a dinosaur.
There is a definate ending to the season.
The explosion WILL happen!!! (he said yes, then said, opps i mean maybe).

The government isn't involved? Well that's a little surprising to me.....
And the explosion WILL happen? Wow...
Actually I kinda like that, the whole government not involved bit. I am so sick and tired of "guv'ment conspiracy to create super weaponry" storylines from movies and TV. It is so cliche. Good for them for going another route. Personally I sort of like an Illuminati or similar private cabal in a quest for world domination for something to that affect. Maybe HRG doesn't know it and will figure it out and rebel against his "masters", something like that.
No, what that means is that not ALL of em make it. If they kill one character then ALL of them don't make it. I think a lot of people confuse that statement.

Governments come and go; true conspiracy organizations remain.
HRG did state that he worked for an organization that doesn't use letters for its name.
The writers should have had a better understanding of various characters' powers before shooting the show. *shrug* But at least I was correct re: Sylar ingesting brains.

I listened to the podcast and it is very good. They said they are trying to hook up a future interview with some of the cast so stay tuned to the podcast.
Besides the spoilers that are given in the post there is also some very interesting information about the show especially the actors and writers.
One thing that I like is to see how Jack Coleman (HRG) has really impressed them and become an integral part of the show.
I think this is a very special show with great actors and great writing.
