Okay, let me here it. What don't you like about the new look? Any suggestions are welcome. Let me know if you have problems with the board so I can fix it, etc.
Edit #2: Things I learned fuddling around... Okay, I found that when I clicked on the User CP, and then on Edit Profile, I could change my subnic back, but "Benevolent Overlord's Jester" was too long...
Ah, dang, sorry, SOG, I accidentally edited your post when I was trying to reply-quote to it!
Anyways, what I was gonna say was, try the custom title again. I lengthened the word allowed.

Like it so far! It'll take a day probably to get used to the little differences, but none of them bad. However, I have noticed there's a problem with pics. I tried switching to a couple different tags for my sig pic, none of them seem to work. However, I did notice ol' SOG got his to work, so maybe I'm just doing something wrong and hopefully he will shine some of his greatness this way and elucidate my situation.
Also, did we get the spoiler tag to work here?

Sam, no problem. It happens. Thanks for lengthening it!
The sig problem can be easily solved by wrapping the sig pics in the [img] [/img] tags, I think. I am still having a problem with the avatar not showing up.
As for to getting smilies, the default message editor is the simple version. If you want the smiley tags to show up when you create a message, you need to click on the User CP button, then click on the Edit Options link (Either that or Edit profile or something) and if you scroll all the way down to the end, you can change the message editor to Standard message editor.

I'm working on the avatar. Can't seem to figure out why it's not showing...

My sig was wrapped in the img tags... and it still didn't work. I'll try again later... gotta get ready for work... I'll chat with everyone later... if I'm not too tired...

Sam is currently working on getting the avatar problem fixed. Please be patient. You can change your avatar by clicking on the Edit Avatar link in the User CP after he gets it shiny. Okay, maybe this will help. Some of the possible problems can be solved by changing various options in the User Control Panel.
The white arrow points to where the User Control Panel is on the forum, which allows you to change ways you are seen on the forum as well as how the forum is used by you. The yellow lightening bolt indicates the various links which are helpful after you click on the User CP link. The yellow bolt points specifically to the Edit Options link and the Edit Profile link.

When posting messages to the forums or other members, there are three interface types available to you. The simplest of these is a simple text box, while the last is a fully-fledged WYSIWYG editor, which allows you to format your text as you want it and see the results immediately.
Depending upon the capabilities of your web browser, you may not be able to use all of these options. If you experience problems when posting messages, try switching to a different interface type.

Edit #2: One thing I am noticing is the pesky "subscription to threads" thing. If you don't want to be notified after every single reply to your post, it seems like one will have to click the User CP, then click the Edit Options button. Also, if you have all ready made a post without doing this, in the User CP link you will have to manually click on the Unsubscribe link for every thread individually.

Reason: removing sig and now changing color from yellow to orange on the edit since that shows up better
I just took off my sig, no point having an address up. It was wrapped in the img tag, tried the url tag also, and switched between FF and IE to see if it was a display problem, no luck. Oh well. Not many people with sigs yet anyways, no biggie. Just so somebody knows about it.
The only thing (non-tech problem) that I don't like is that with the last board, after you read a thread, it switched it from new to old. This board seems to keep it as new until you visit again. I know I'm lazy, and I can just look at the time to see if it is new, but, well, like I just said, I'm lazy. Just a nitpick, I felt I had to throw in one. Other than that, seems good so far!
