Not the eclipse in the reflection in the hospital
I heard someone saying that the in the hospital scene where nathan talks to the doctor that the thing in the reflection is the eclipse.
I went back and checked and its not the eclipse. Its just the lights in the hospital seen here   Take that for whatever symbolism you want but i doubt any is there other than it made for a really cool shot.
