I wonder whatever happened to Molly, the girl Matt found in the crawlspace in episode 2. Last we saw her was in episode 3 when Sylar tried to take her from the police station.
A lot of questions came up as to what her power was at the time but since we haven't seen her anymore the theories kinda came to a halt.
Well here's one that could rock your boots until proven otherwise...
What if her power IS the freezing power and not Sylars? Have we seen Sylar freeze anyone since episode 3? The last frozen person I believe we saw was the cop in the police station where Molly was held - but we never saw who did it, just assumed it was Sylar. She could very well be like King's Firestarter where her powers are uncontrollable when under intense emotional stress.

very possible. That would explain why the cop and her dad were both frozen. But HRG says sylar has multiple abilities in the preview. If he doesn't have freezing, then Telekinesis is the only thing we've seen him do so far. What other powers is he talking about?
The theories I've seen are that he's incredibly fast and has stealth like abilities - based on the fact that he was able to move in/out of the police station and the backroom of the diner without detection.
And from the sneak peak at episode 11, we can assume he has Charlie's super memory ability figuring out HRG and Claire.
What ever else he has remains to be seen.

I suspect Sylar does have cryokinesis, but it messes up the brain matter to use it on someone. Fresh vegetables are better than frozen, and all that jazz.
Can Sylar fly? No, or he would have done so to escape the high school rather than walk away. Definitely some sort of stealth, whether he has actual invisibility (you cannot see him) or telepathic invisibility (you simply don't notice him) is unknown.

No. Did you see him fly? Matt looked up, but we couldn't see what Sylar might have been doing. He could possibly even have some sort of clinging ability as per Spiderman.

This is true. Telekinetics of sufficient power can lift and move themselves.
Gravity manipulation can mimic flight or telekinesis, with sufficiently practiced skill and power level. With enough power, you can also do interesting things with it such as immobilizing people or bending electromagnetic radiation.
